Fabulous location with a view of Clare Country Park. Great hosts that made a last minute booking so simple. Right next door to a 24hr car park with very reasonable costs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s Airbnb for 52 nights, and it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Ryan was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always available to address any questions or concerns. The space itself was well-maintained, and in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the places I needed to be, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, making transportation effortless. Everything about the stay was seamless, and I felt completely at home. If you’re looking for a top-notch Airbnb with a fantastic host, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Joe was an incredibly cooperative and helpful host from the moment I booked until the day I left. The place is just a 5-minute walk from Wivenhoe Station, which offers a direct connection to London—a real advantage for anyone staying here.

Had a lovely stay here over the holiday season with my family of 6 (grandparents, us, kid, and cousin). Alex had even left a Christmas tree up for us (we arrived in the 24th of December) and the local recommendations were extremely helpful. Never had to wait long for answers when we had questions, and Alex even took the initiative to let us know when some extra drinks were available for us from another event, or when later check out was possible. The grounds are peaceful and immaculately maintained. The surrounding area is quiet and there isn’t much in walking distance but there are plenty of cozy and delicious pubs, cafes, and restaurants in both Newmarket and Bury, which are just a few minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to have a peaceful and restorative stay away from the bustle of city life.

Wonderful Stay in Brentwood! Claire was an amazing host kind, understanding, and communicative from start to finish. The apartment was stylish, spotless, and in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved that it was dog-friendly, so our furry baby could join us! Everything we needed was provided, making our stay effortless. We’ll truly miss this place and can’t wait to return. Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Our stay at Pond View was peaceful and relaxing. Access to the site was easy but secure. The accommodation was just right. And Christopher was a great host.

Fiona’s Annexe really did exceed expectations, the photos are spot on but once you’re there you will feel right at home as the place is excellent. One of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Not only that but Fiona was super responsive to all my questions and an excellent host. We will return and I cannot recommend staying here enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Everything about my stay was fantastic. The apartment was perfect and was well stocked with everything that I needed for an extended stay. The location is next to a lovely local park with plenty of interesting walks and scenery. Communication with Rob and Leah was always easy, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a stay at the Maltworks to explore this gem of a little town.

I had a Brilliant stay here for a few months whilst training at the Airport. I'd highly recommend staying here to anyone needing accommodation near Stanstead. Thom and Claire were great hosts and very welcoming. That flat is lovely and clean and has everything you'd need 👍🏻.

Where to start on reviewing this fabulous place! Our hosts have created a wonderful space for their guests - great fun, and architecturally considered, we loved everything from the joyous lighting combos and artwork to the playful accessories and interesting books. It’s all there - great heating, fluffy towels and a super shower - and the location is perfect too - easy parking and just a stones thrown from everything. Felt deep joy every time we walked in through the door! Thank you x

As described, this flat was perfect for our quick break in Newmarket. A good location and price for a 2 bed property. Very clean and well equipped, we had a lovely comfortable stay. Hannah gave us good help with local info too. Thanks again.

The apartment was beautiful with lovely high ceilings! It was clean and very well equipped. We came from Dorset and with the help of Google Maps it was very easy to find the accommodation. It was a very easy walk into the city centre and took us less than 10 minutes. The city was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want. We would definitely recommend the apartment as it was so nice and welcoming.

Great host, really helpful and responsive. Completely private set up, all that you need and more inside with the treats provided. Sadly it was for work but felt right at home and easy to relax. Loads to do in the lovely area if anyone has the chance. Would return and happily recommend.
