Great location for walking to the town, but tucked nicely away from the hustle and bustle! Spacious apartment

Super spacious ground floor flat in great location. Only 5 minute walk to the shops. Well equipped kitchen and ample seating on comfy sofas. Mirrors in the en-suite shower room were great, along with mirror in bathroom, but it would have been nice to have one in the lounge or bedrooms (where the sockets are) in order to blow-dry and straighten our hair. However, we vaguely improvised by using our reflection in the fridge freezer! On arrival, we turned the thermostat (located on the wall between lounge and kitchen) and the radiators were warm very quickly. We also always had hot water when required. Finding the flat was slightly tricky (especially in the dark). Although the block of flats has an entrance for most of the flats in Standley Rd, the entrance to Hannah’s flat is actually on Prince’s Esplanade as shown in the photos, next to the flat on the corner of Standley Rd. Ample parking for a large car, with fenced off front area with ample seating, table, etc.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Stayed at Anand’s COSY one bed flat directly in the heart of Brentwood for 5 nights.Anand is a top guy,very polite and very helpful he was very professional and very easy to communicate with!I couldn’t work something in the flat,so I called him he picked up straight away and told me what to do.The flat is very equipped with everything you needed for a long stay.very nice flat very homely very clean and is very big inside.Theres loads to do around the town..It was very peaceful and had a massive garden too.Just want to say thank you to Anand’s for making my stay very welcoming 👍🏼

Superb place for an overnight stay , I’m cycling around Suffolk/ Norfolk and I was allowed to bring my bike into the room which I very much appreciate. Teresa was a great host , friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble 😀 . Loved the power shower !! Highly recommend and the restaurant directly opposite is brilliant. Thanks very much 👍

Apartment was very well located, and within easy walking distance of Chelmsford town centre. Bella was very quick to respond to queries. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen and bathroom had lots of little extras such as shampoo and shower gel, and biscuits, milk, tea and coffee in the kitchen. We had a great stay in Chelmsford and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

Beautiful views and a lovely place to stay, David was extremely helpful via messenger to help us get in nice and easy, he replies very quickly which is always handy when staying away and needing info. he also recommended a few places to go for dinner which was lovely meal. Really can’t fault my stay at all. Would definitely go back 👍👍

The house was perfect as a base for a weekend away with our 4 year old. It was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and well located with a half hour walk to the sea. The host was responsive when we had a query and gave great instructions to find and access the house.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this beautiful home for Christmas to get the family together. The house is excellent…loads of space, light, comfortable and very well equipped. Having a bedroom each and four bathrooms was such a treat! All the rooms/beds were comfortable. The host couldn’t have been better - due to unexpected circumstances we asked to increase the stay by a day and they were really flexible and willing to oblige. We will definitely be booking again as and when we need to get the family together in Bury!

The place was nice, clean, and new. Easy communication and very flexible. If you're 8–10 people, the sleeping arrangements are fine, but the living room and kitchen with dining space are a bit on the small side—though this is not hidden in the pictures.

Karen’s little cottage had everything my parents needed for a comfortable stay in Sudbury. The location was ideal for us, lovely garden, very secure and perfect as pet friendly. Such sweet touches with the personalised mugs and bag. There is hot water, it just takes a little while to run (it’s a house that’s centuries old, these things can be a little slower so just be patient) and no WiFi but this in no way affected the stay. There is full signal and 4G in the house so you’re not cut off. Will definitely book again! Thank you Karen

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s Airbnb for 52 nights, and it was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, Ryan was an excellent host—responsive, accommodating, and always available to address any questions or concerns. The space itself was well-maintained, and in a great neighborhood. It was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near the places I needed to be, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, making transportation effortless. Everything about the stay was seamless, and I felt completely at home. If you’re looking for a top-notch Airbnb with a fantastic host, this is the place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

As described, this flat was perfect for our quick break in Newmarket. A good location and price for a 2 bed property. Very clean and well equipped, we had a lovely comfortable stay. Hannah gave us good help with local info too. Thanks again.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Fiona’s Annexe really did exceed expectations, the photos are spot on but once you’re there you will feel right at home as the place is excellent. One of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Not only that but Fiona was super responsive to all my questions and an excellent host. We will return and I cannot recommend staying here enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
