We had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place, perfect location lovely walk to Southend and Leigh on Sea. Stunning views very comfortable accommodation and well equipped kitchen. We hope to return.

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

Nice, well equipped apartment and responsive host. Useful to have a parking space so close to the marina. The heating was very good so the apartment was always warm and cosy. My only issue was the bed wasn’t that comfy and I didn’t receive much notice about cleaners coming in, but otherwise a very nice apartment.

My elderly father enjoyed his short holiday in Tim's flat, by the river in Burnham-on-Crouch immensely. Perfect for access to the river front and close to a great selection of cafes and pubs. Tim's flat isnt super luxurious, but then Burnham isn't exactly St Tropez. However it is comfortable, well equipped, clean, and the view of the river is perfect. Definitely value for money and highly recommended.

Thank you had a great few nights. Enjoyed watching the ships from the kitchen window. Great location right on the quay, comfortable and clean well equipped apartment with loads of space. We would love to return.

Beautiful lockside property, amazing location with two great pubs right across the way. House was nice and cosy when we arrived and the heating was great all weekend long. We especially loved the conservatory where we at our breakfast in the sun. Perfect for dogs and lots of beautiful walks nearby. Would definitely return in summer. Great stay thank you

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

Perfect spot, lovely views, very comfortable. Lovely little playground opposite the corner for a fun afternoon with our little one. Thank you Melanie!

We had such a lovely weekend away at Lisa's! Such a gorge place and location, perfect if you want great walks and food!

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

Such a beautiful location with large windows to appreciate from every direction. We loved the local fish shop with daily fresh fish to buy, as well as the sweet cafes.

I booked this lodge for a spur of the moment trip. This was such a lucky find. The lodge is very private and peaceful with beautiful walks right from the door. The lodge was very clean and tidy on arrival and the hosts were great with communication, instructions and directions. The village is very quiet but there is a lovely little cafe at the top of the lane (oranges and lemons) which is dog friendly and lovely staff. There's also a lovely riverside tea room by Flatford Mill which is a 15 minute walk away across fields. The walk in to Dedham is also beautiful. I will definitely go back.

Fabulous location with a view of Clare Country Park. Great hosts that made a last minute booking so simple. Right next door to a 24hr car park with very reasonable costs.

Second stay here. Lovely flat in great location with views across the beach from the living room and convenient for centre of Walton. Flat was clean and had everything we needed.

Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Georgina was actively responsive to my questions, really good communication between us.
