Lauren and Dario are super hosts, both were very responsive and communicative! The 1-bedroom home was perfect-clean, well maintained; no issues with WiFi (for work); bedroom was nice and cozy. Art work from local artists was displayed in each room with brief descriptions, this was cool! Overall, it was a great experience. I will stay here again and recommend the home to friends and family. Thank you, Lauren and Dario!

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. Residential area was peaceful and felt safe. 15 minute walk to the beach bike path was nice.

From the moment we booked our stay at blue Haven Cheryl‘s communication with us was prompt and friendly. This was a last-minute booking so we were very relieved. We could find something in the Pasadena area. Cheryl‘s place is incredibly clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Can’t recommend this stay highly enough. Oliver was a great host: kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and is on a quiet neighborhood block. Also near to a big park with tennis courts and basketball courts. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had simple but adequate cooking supplies. The backyard is private and a great place to relax, grill out and relax. Private parking too. It’s a perfect place to stay!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

A cozy gem in a lovely neighborhood. We felt so welcomed & comfortable in this adorable cottage. Amanda was an excellent host. Descriptions are accurate. Can recommend & would stay again.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Schöner Ausblick auf die Skyline und gute Anbindung an die Autobahn. David war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich würde dieses AirBnB wieder buchen.

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Ich hatte wunderbare Tage in Marias AirBnB. Das AirBnB sieht wirklich 1:1 wie auf den Fotos aus. Der Check In war total easy, Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Unterkunft hat alles, was man benötigt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig. An meinem Ankunftstag hat mir Maria geschrieben, da, aufgrund von Bauarbeiten, der Strom für einige Stunden ausfällt. Sie und ihr Ehemann haben mir proaktiv zwei Batterien in das AirBnB gestellt, damit ich Handy und andere elektronische Geräte aufladen konnte. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. 5/5 ⭐️

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location with a private parking spot! The elevator is also right next to the parking. The place was clean as described and pictured. The host was extremely helpful in providing instruction videos to check-in and find the underground parking. Very responsive and friendly host. Enjoyed our stay very much and will book again if we’re ever in the area again. Thanks!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Great place. Malcolm is very responsive and helpful. Security in the lobby is very friendly and appreciated. Inside of the residence has everything you need. Host was flexible and made our trip very smooth. Lots of restaurants nearby and parking was nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Malcolm!

Came to Downtown LA for a conference and location was a great location walkable to the LA Convention Center and to surrounding areas. Parking was very helpful as we rented a car to explore areas outside of Downtown LA. The building is in the theatre district and was walkable to most of Downtown LA while being a few minutes drive to more tourist attraction locations. There is also public transport (bus) across the street from the apartment as well but we opted for a rental car to explore outside Downtown. There is 24 hour doorman assistance to get into the building but check-in, entering, and leaving is pretty easy. The apartment itself is nice and quiet with an artistic flair which was a nice touch. All amenities listed were useful and utilized minus the rooftop pool which I heard is one of the highlights; however, with my schedule, we were not able to use. Highly recommended listing for its location and convenience when needing to stay in Downtown LA.

Miguel’s place was absolutely perfect for my boyfriend and me. The price was great, everything was spotless, and the location was super walkable. The host’s communication was fantastic, making our stay seamless. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—highly recommend!!
