They do run off an old system where you are to leave your credit card details and sign a form. Manager just unlocks the door to let themselves in to collect the form if you don’t not answer. Which we found weird and charge extra for cleaning fees which isn’t that what we pay for with Airbnb. Not sure myself as I’ve never head of it. Do like the idea of 2 keys though that was helpful with my husband and I. We stayed for the Tonga VS Australia game and let everyone in our building know and they were happy for us but the building on the other wise gentleman complained instead of speaking with us directly so that was annoying and carparks when we did only have 1 car parked in the complex when the building isn’t suited for newer larger family cars to park under the building and I drive a Subaru Outback so i had to park at the end of the driveway

The apartment is ideally located near beautiful Parramatta Park, a lovely restaurant district, the Westfield Mall, and the Parramatta transportation hub. Getting around without having a car was quite easy. The balcony was a delightful outdoor space. Donna was a superb hostess.

It had quite, nice and excellent view. Ferry terminal is 2 minutes away from the stay to go to Darling harbour and downtown. Asian super market and Coles are very near to buy food.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling back to Melbourne from qld and we really enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, comfortable and overall we had a great time relaxing with a beautiful view. Would definitely stay again

This apartment was everything we needed. Easy to access with a car park available. Short walk to restaurants cafes and supermarket. Also to lovely parks and waterways. The apartment was well furnished with everything we needed. Great view and quiet.

By far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in the Sydney Olympic Park area! I cannot overstate how homey and comfortable Youie’s place felt. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and perhaps the best part was that the knives provided were actually sharp lol If you are looking for a break from the CBD’s hustle and bustle but still want walkability, public transportation and restaurants, definitely check out this place. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

Spacious & Comfortable Stay! We recently stayed at this bungalow in Sydney, and it was a great experience. The house is big and spacious, comfortably accommodating up to 10 people. It’s fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is in a residential area, which makes it peaceful, but public transport options are limited—only a bus service is available, so getting around requires some planning. However, if you’re traveling with a group and have your own transport, this place is an excellent choice! Overall, a great stay for those looking for a spacious and well-equipped home in Sydney. Highly recommended!

Maryum’s place was beautiful! Just perfect for my little family, it had a full kitchen, a nice bathroom, aircon in the living and bedroom, a beautiful skylight to let natural light in, lots of storage to be able to unpack and feel just at home

It was a great stay. We felt like being at home, Bus Stand is just outside the home, which has connectivity to Parramatta Station by bus no 824 at every 30 minutes. Nollar Park is just opposite the house for very good Morning or Evening walk. It has its own parking slot as well, where we could park our Tesla easily. Overall it was a great and memorable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was very responsive and accommodating. It was perfect for our family, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a sprawling house with lots of character. I used it for a film shoot and we had ample room to move around, block scenes and also store gear, setup costume/make-up and craft services. And we still didn't use every square inch of this place. The only draw-backs were things that couldn't really be helped. Like overhead jet noise, neighbours having a party (and lingering goodbyes at their cars afterward) and someone in the street had a baby with quite a set of lungs! But, again, these are not a reflection of the house or the host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chris and Nancy's apartment in Parramatta. They were excellent hosts, providing a pedestal fan to help with my heat intolerance and ensuring my needs were met. :) The apartment was well equipped with Free 2 Air TV and smart TV options. It has secure underground parking. Its location was perfect, with Westfield Parramatta and public transport nearby. A highlight was the 40th floor rooftop area, offering beautiful city views at night. It was peaceful and calming. I highly recommend Chris and Nancy's apartment for its comfort, convenience, and being great hosts. I look forward to staying here again. :)

An excellent four night stay overall. Host Penny communicated very well with us throughout. The apartment was clean and had a fresh feel to it. The aircon, washing machine and dryer worked well. Lovely cotton bed linens, towels and the mattresses in each bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. Found milk, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil and enough seasonings in cupboards. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The location was under 10 mins walk away from the train station, metro, shops and restaurants. North Ryde Hospital is about 7 mins drive away. Thanks Penny for being the great host you are too! Thank you.

Cecilia’s place is a great place to stay if you want to be close walkable distance to the Sydney Olympic Athletics Centre or Aquatic Centre. The apartment was contemporary, very comfortable and very neat and clean. The apartment’s pool and bbq area are also a great bonus amenity to enjoy as well.

Great location and Tim’s communication and support was excellent. He was extremely quick with fixing a small issue during the stay and resolved it straight away. Guests should be aware that there is some building work on neighbouring buildings replacing exterior cladding. There is some minor noise but generally nothing more than city traffic sounds. Apartment is 7 th floor and no noise from neighbours in building. The car parking is a real bonus as local area is very popular. This was business long stay and idea for that. Thanks Tim
