Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The location was fantastic, right near the beach which was within a comfortable walking distance and so were shops, cafes, bars etc. It’s in a peaceful residential neighborhood but offers complete privacy! The house was clean, comfortable, homely and was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a godsend to use in the heat of summer! There was just the one bathroom but there were additionally two outside showers. Tania was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend a stay here to anyone else! Thanks Tania.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Allan is always the best host, from the big basket of fresh fruit he supplied to the helpful tips on the area. He is always prompt with his replies to anything that we ask and I highly recommend his place. We have stayed here a number of times and hope to be back same time next year.

Stayed here for the derby weekend and it was just what we needed. Plenty of space, great amount of rooms and bathrooms and the pool was a treat on a 38° day! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at David's place! The location is truly unbeatable, just 300 meters from the beach. It's incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops for daily necessities. The area is filled with great restaurants by the sea, and I highly recommend visiting them before sunset for a magical experience. During our stay, the dishwasher unfortunately broke down. However, David's team responded promptly and provided outstanding assistance. Their quick and positive reaction really impressed us. The beddings and towels were comfortable. David's team even prepared toiletries and cleaning supplies, and everything was exactly as described. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. Once again, thank you so much for your care. Where do I start ? This was such a lovely stay as it was at the end of a trip away from England with my Dad. He went back the week previous and I stayed on and wanted some luxury and a nice pool for the week.The house has such a nice homely gel to it even though I stayed on my own here and the pool was perfect to swim in and sit by in the late summer heat wave. It’s a short drive to Perth city , the airport and many other districts e.g east Victoria park and freemantle. Ryan was the perfect host and let me stay on for a good few hours in the last day as I had a later flight. I plan to come back with my family here in the future and will definitely be booking Ryan’s property for my next stay.

we couldn’t be more happy with our stay! the home is so beautiful and looks even better than the photos. it was clean and well looked after with so many thoughtful touches around the home. although the home is renovated with modern amenities, a lot of the original charm and character remains which we found to be such a great touch. the location was easily one of the highlights, the home is on a quiet street and we found everything we needed was only a short drive away. we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Great stay with my wife and two friends here. Easy to find, check in, and also very easy to walk almost anywhere in Perth city centre. Amenities in house also provided everything we needed. Host was very helpful in answering our questions and arranging late checkout, providing all required information etc. Two private parking spaces were also very helpful! Would happily stay here again when visiting Perth.

Fabulous experience - the accommodation seems new, clean, well presented and everything you need for a stay away The location is easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and transport (free travel to the city!) The hosts were amazing, polite, friendly and responded quickly to our request to stay and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed Cannot rate this stay highly enough, thank you!!

We had a great stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans for cooking up a feast. It’s in a great location while still being private and homely. We would recommend and look to book this property on our next visit to Perth.

A Wonderful Stay in a Stylish 20th-Century Modern Home We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed 20th-century modern house. The space was perfect for our group of three, offering both comfort and style. The house had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere with well-thought-out interiors that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—close enough to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. Every detail was carefully considered, making our stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally they have gone over and above to make sure you’ve got all the information from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much, will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone.

The place is next to Kings Park. We were able to walk to the park every morning.

We stayed while my wife had an operation and recovered. The house is well located, 10 minutes to nearby hospitals and 100 metres from Daglish train station. Being country folk, we were concerned about the road and train noise. With the solid front fence, ended up hardly noticing the noise. We travelled with two farm dogs. The backyard is 100% secure and has a nice couch grass area. Think the stray cat will not visit again.. The front yard is also dog secure. All up comfortable bed and furniture. AC in lounge cooled the high ceiling bedrooms adequately. Parking for one vehicle on the verge and our LC wagon in the secure front yard. Easy access. Thank you
