The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, creating a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Place was spotless and clean when we arrived, and very homely. Amenities were working well, including AC and shower heaters. Place was also conveniently located to lots of great eateries. Rob and Esther were also incredibly friendly and proactive, would 100% stay here again if we are back in Perth!

Fabulous experience - the accommodation seems new, clean, well presented and everything you need for a stay away The location is easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and transport (free travel to the city!) The hosts were amazing, polite, friendly and responded quickly to our request to stay and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed Cannot rate this stay highly enough, thank you!!

The house is exactly as it looks in the photos plus some! convenient location with everything you need just down the road. Matt's communication and assistance is fault free and I'd highly recommend anyone and everyone to stay here! it's so much fun.

This is the most wonderful place you could ever stay at. Our guests enjoyed their stay and were able to walk and cycle around to all the cafes, reatuarants and various activities. We highly recommend this beautiful cottage in a very central location. The host were terrific to comminicate with also.

The accommodation has offered what she promised. It was very clean, well furnished and with a great double garage. We immediately felt comfortable with loving attentions like a fruit basket. Thank you for your the very nice stay!

We loved the stay at Judy’s 🙂 When we were searching for Airbnb at Perth, her place stood out and we knew we had to stay there. Everything was smooth, and our family had a great time there. We will definitely be back if we ever choose to stay at Kensington again! 😉

I had a great time. Perfect location. The apartment was in the best condition, I did not feel any discomfort. The host answered questions very quickly and tried to help. The only caveat is the parking, it is really quite narrow, my range rover fit with difficulty, sometimes I used the passenger door to get out. Definitely worth the money, I will definitely come back again. thank you.

This apartment is wonderful Location is perfect. Close to city. Close to the park. Bottleshop and cafe 1 minute walk. Courtyard is an added bonus makes for a nice are to relax and have a morning coffee or afternoon wine.

The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

Don’t be fooled by the exterior! It’s a gorgeous apartment w an amazing view ! Ainslie is such a good hostess , everything that you need for a long or short stay is provided. There’s no need for anything . The beds are fantastic . Had the best sleep ever . Highly recommended if anyone ever wants to visit Perth !

We came from Melbourne for a wedding at the local Yacht Club and right from the start of our booking Moya was absolutely fantastic. We exchanged text and knew exactly what we had to do to get our key. We cannot say enough about our accommodation 1930s beautiful home overlooking the water, it was very clean and well appointed two very big bedrooms with queen comfortable beds and plenty of clothes hanging space. A third bedroom/office space and a big dining room , fully equipped kitchen and nice sized bathroom and also a laundry. Thanks so much Moya and Johno for hospitality. Duane, Helen and Sue.

Place looks exactly like they are in the photos, tidy, spacious and cozy. We stayed for almost a week and we actually felt like home. Location is around 10mins drive to the centre of Perth which is very convenient, while retaining the privacy and tranquillity in the neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend in staying in this listing.

Love the large pad where you can chill

very reliable host. approachable, easy to contact. place is clean and there are many toys and kids’ books which our kids super enjoyed during our stay. bathroom was super clean. place is spacious.

perfect location to spend a few nights in Fremantle. close to restaurants, bars or walking to watch the sunset. property was spotlessly clean and Jen provided a few items such as tea coffee milk and a special treat. would definitely recommend this property to stay in Fremantle

We had a wonderful time in this very nice and comfortable accommodation. The flat was perfect for our 8 day stay - everything was clean, well equipped and very cosy. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

A light, spacious apartment with high ceilings. Ideally located for provisions, coffee shops, restaurants and public transport.
