Maria & John were absolutely amazing hosts—friendly, helpful, and super responsive throughout our stay. The Airbnb exceeded our expectations, generously stocked with a wide variety of complimentary snacks and drinks, which made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—right within the free CAT bus zone, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Public transport is easily accessible, and Kings Park is just a short, pleasant walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

My partner and I loved our stay here. Was a great location - walkable distance to Optus Stadium and great cafes around. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend!

We had no trouble in finding the key to the apartment in the key safe. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs very well. The double bedroom has a balcony which we found very useful for drying clothes. The main room has a small table and two armchairs, and a small television on a shelf high above the sink. We didn’t use the TV as we were out most of the time. The bathroom functions well with a good shower over the bath, which had a glass screen. The flat is fairly basic but the kitchen is well equipped, and could be used for cooking meals without any problems. We found the lightbulb in the bedroom wasn’t working when we arrived, but Louise quickly fix this without any delay. I would certainly recommend staying here-you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay. Ashlea and Liam were great to deal with and helped us get familiar with the local area and a few events on at the time. Place is in a great spot, easy access to the city and some nice local shops and coffee. My wife and I enjoyed morning walk / runs along the river. Kids loved the big tv, the double bed / bunk and of course the pool and sauna, which didn't seem to get any use other than us! Loved our stay and look forward to coming again on our next visit to Perth!

Our second stay here. It’s a great space, excellent location, very clean and has all the essentials. Off road parking, secure complex, ground floor apartment. Booked our third visit for our next trip to Perth already.

This apartment was a great last minute solution for us when our other arrangements fell through. Brina was very helpful. Great location and surprisingly not too noisy for us country folk!

Kirk’s place is in a great location to explore central Perth. So much within walking distance. Great sized place with a full kitchen & laundry which is super handy. Aircon was so needed on the hot days we experienced. Kirk is super responsive to questions.

I had a great stay at Ross’s Airbnb—it met all my expectations! The support was excellent. I accidentally left the key inside the apartment and got locked out, but Mrs. Dot was incredibly kind and came all the way from her home to help me. The place is well-located, very comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend it! 100%

Great stay with my wife and two friends here. Easy to find, check in, and also very easy to walk almost anywhere in Perth city centre. Amenities in house also provided everything we needed. Host was very helpful in answering our questions and arranging late checkout, providing all required information etc. Two private parking spaces were also very helpful! Would happily stay here again when visiting Perth.

Wow! From the moment we opened the front door we felt right at home. A stunning house in such a beautiful street, what a gem! So well appointed with everything you would need to make your stay a comfortable one. Walking distance to the local cafes, shops and beautiful Kings Park. Matthew was an amazing host and was so helpful. We were sad to have to head back to the East Coast. We will be back…. Thankyou for a memorable weekend.

This beautiful family home was absolutely perfect for staying close to Kings Park for a wedding weekend! Spacious and full of amenities, our only regret was not being able to spend more time at the home.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful. The serene and quiet surroundings offered a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property's location was perfect for us, as it was situated in an area that had plenty of parks and green spaces to explore. The property itself was comfortable and cozy, with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the place. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Everything's fine and had a very good time in Perth. The only grouse had to checkout at 10 am.

Very nice and convenient place that is 2 mins walk from East Perth station. The train ride to the city is ~15 mins. Spacious and comfortable, but the table and chair were abit sticky, no matter how we wiped them. Sofa, beds and toilet were comfortable, though the aircon in one of the bedrooms were not strong and it was slightly stuffy. Apart from that, the aircon was good. Overall a very comfortable stay - will be back!

Had a great stay here with my husband and toddler. Easy to get in/out and having a car park in the city was super helpful. Tidy home with modern features. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge great - essential during a heat wave in Perth!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this place! Everything was clean and the check-in was easy. We also had an early check-in which was really comfortable after a long flight.

Jules is a very helpful and considerate host. She is always asking what we need, even before we arrive. Jules' place is very cozy and well equipped. We loved the coffee selection with the Nespresso machine, getting our simple fix in the morning. We also arrived with our kids and she provided us with diapers which was helpful. We arrived during the hot season but the place is unusually cool all throughout the day. The location is also godsend. Place is 3 min walk to train station on major line to famous places. It is also near cafes and supermarket. Very recommended place.

Really great space in the heart of Fremantle, everything walkable and loads of great restaurants/bars close by. Apartment was very comfortable and very spacious. Would recommend!

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

I had absolutely fantastic stay! Bree was super responsive, friendly and made my whole stay a lovely experience. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Perth!
