Arriving in Adelaide to 40 degree heat, it was wonderful to walk into the marvellously cool hallway of Ferdinand's beautiful stone cottage. We spent seven very happy and comfortable nights there. Ferdinand is a very thoughtful host and there was everything we needed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. The garden is lovely, private and perfect for dinner outside. It's conveniently located, easy walking distance to cafe's and the beach. We really appreciated being able to stay with our dog. Would thoroughly recommend! Thanks Ferdinand

Wonder second stay. Great location and house. Plenty of space and close to everything you need.

Brenda has a wonderful place in stay. It has everything we could possibly want and more. The property is a credit to her, the fixtures and fittings are excellent. The garden is a delight, flowers everywhere! It’s well tended and is amazing when Adelaide hasn’t had a lot of rain for a long time. Everywhere else looks very dry but not In this oasis! She must work really hard to upkeep it. We chose very well, enjoyed the privacy, quiet and felt very happy with our choice. I must mention the bed was extremely comfortable, made with lovely bed linen. Well done Brenda, we will recommend this place to family and friends.

The most amazing place. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs worldwide and this has to be one of the best. Location excellent; the lake is beautiful. The decor and facilities within the property are top notch. Local amenities nearby and varied. Peter welcomed us on arrival and lynne had excelled with the breakfast and surprise platter provided. All in all fantastic hosts and apartment.

Perfect Beachside Stay – 5 Stars! My partner Kaitlyn and I had an amazing two-week stay at 199 Swan Terrace, Semaphore, SA 5019. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach with fantastic running routes along the coast. The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We had one minor issue, but it was fixed immediately, showing their great attention to detail. The home had everything we needed, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-maintained, and conveniently located Airbnb, this is it! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Semaphore. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay at Raheel's accommodation was pleasant and comfortable. Raheel was great with communication and instructions. The accommodation was quiet,yet near restaurant's, supermarket and close to all our requirements. Raheel was very understanding of our request for varied check-in time. I would recommend the accommodation for anyone be it business or pleasure.

Paul is a super responsive host, and was very helpful with train information when we were going to the city for the cricket on New Years Eve :) Beautiful sunsets on the balcony too! Thanks again for a great stay! We really appreciated getting a message, letting us know our dates had become available, too, that was so lovely, after it was initially booked out :)

What a lovely place to stay in Adelaide! The spectacular ocean view delighted us during the day and especially at sunset, and the quiet murmur of the waves lulled us to sleep at night. Wendy was a stellar host - she met us with the keys, showed us around, and welcomed us warmly to the space. The kitchen was quite functional and the bed and bathroom were both very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental.
