Our stay was perfect. The house was immaculately clean. The hot tub was all ready when we arrived, right next to the house with robes. Susan stocked the kitchen with essentials which is really kind. The gardens and animals were beautiful. Our dog also loved his stay! Would recommend very highly and definitely stay again. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Thank you Susan.

Had a lovely valentines weekend here, worth every penny!

Little Nook: A Hidden Gem Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome by a charming gentleman who kindly showed us around and provided all necessary instructions. The highlight was meeting his beautiful dogs, which added to the charm. The property is nestled in stunning countryside with breathtaking views. It’s a cozy, homely, and immaculately clean space. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything functioning perfectly. The living area is comfortable, and the beds are exceptionally so. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. We’ve already booked for next year, as the owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. This little nook is indeed a great find!

Great place for family, host is very friendly…We enjoyed our 2 days stay, very peaceful and lovely jacuzzi. If you want a great time then this is defo the place.

Amazing experience at Dot’s farm. The old farm house was a beautiful cozy stay. The wood burning fire place was amazing and the beds have cozy heaters if it’s chilly! So lovely and peaceful. Amazing scenery.

We had a fantastic stay! Such a beautiful home, everything you could ask for! Felt like home from home. Super comfy beds and the hot tub was perfect to relax in after a day of exploring! Hayley went above and beyond - we stayed for my 30th and my mum contacted Hayley to organise balloons/banners for our stay. Hayley was super responsive and was only a text/call away! Fabulous little cottage in the garden, just what we wanted. Julie was a wonderful hostess, made us feel very welcome, basic necessaties all there on arrival even fresh flowers. Already recommended to friends and family.

The perfect accommodation for our group trip to Lancaster - had everything a group needs for a short stay and more. Ray and Sue were amazing hosts, extremely accommodating and helpful. Plenty of parking, well stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again, thank you!

Elaine’s property is perfect. She has definitely gone the extra mile to make sure everything you could possibly need is there for your use. The property is in a very quiet location but within easy walking distance of Poulton centre with plenty of off road parking. I strongly recommend Elaine’s property.

carol was lovely and very welcoming. she left us a welcome parcel with bread.. milk.. biscuits and cereal. all cleaning items available in a cupboard. loo rolls.. shampoo.. and soap in the bathroom. fresh bedding on the bed.. and it was lovely and warm for our arrival. our puppy loved the enclosed garden and the jar of treats left on the side for her. we will definitely be returning later in the year. We stayed at Hill View for 3 nights. Molly made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely, clean, warm and beautiful annexe, with amazing views and garden. Molly left a fabulous selction of cereals, milk, jam, tea, coffee and a lovely bloomer loaf for us. There was also a cupboard full of toiletries in the bathroom for our use if needed. I had a great stay at the barn. Ann was a great host, very attentive and friendly. All round a good place to visit the Howgill fells and south lakes from. I will certainly be back.

Calm environment in an area that’s tucked out of the way but still close to everything we needed

The cottage is in a great location to explore the beautiful Ribble Valley. We stayed there for a long weekend whilst visiting family. A cosy and compact cottage which is well equipped. Lorraine had just had a new kitchen fitted which is lovely. The bedrooms are quite small but each fit in a double bed just fine. The decking and view out the back is lovely. There’s a dedicated parking space out the front which is a bonus. Check in is easy and Lorraine communicates everything you need.

Stayed with a group of friends - was fantastic, the gaming room, the pool, the garden/bbq areas, freshly cut football pitch. Only issue was one of the wifi routers didn’t work, but we worked around it.

Fantastic stay, a lovely spacious static. Stayed for 4 nights during New Year so was very cold and windy outside. Loved being inside, heating was very good. It’s exactly what you would want. Location is great and just 10 minute drive away from anything you may need or want to do. We will be back!!

Visited Lower Gill Farmhouse as part of my mum's 70th Birthday celebrations. 12 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75! All rooms were a great size, was excellent having 3 en-suite rooms along with a very large main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. The Kitchen was lovely, everything we needed and more - might have been nice to have tea/coffee and a little milk left for when we arrived after a long drive but luckily our tesco delivery arrived early so this wasn't too much of a problem. The living room had 3 good size sofas so we could all relax in front of the log burner. We made full use of the pool, games room, football pitch and tennis courts - a great addition especially for the kids and 4 hours allocation each day was perfect. Our dogs had a ball too - lots of places for them to run and play. Even in January we managed to spend lots of time outside and the little stream at the back of the cottaqe was wonderful. Great response from our host too, even though she was on holiday herself.

Highly recommend a 2 night stay here. There is so was much to do and it was so enjoyable - we had a group of 10 people ranging from 30 to 1 year old and we all had so much fun! From swimming all day to playing on the football pitch and tennis court - it was truly never ending fun especially for the kids. The cottage was lovely, very nice and clean and everything needed was already there. It is abit far from local shops so definitely something to keep in mind but other than that it was a great stay. Host is very helpful!
