Great property! Beautifully decorated inside, pub and shop within a 2 minute walk, short drive to the central pier. Very clean, easy to access, parking available for 2 cars, would highly recommend and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a great 2-night stay at this lovely home. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location—an easy walk to the town centre and Williamson Park. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the garden, thanks to the beautiful weather. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d happily stay here again!

My family, two dogs, and I are very happy living here. The house has a large space and a backyard for the dogs to play in. The house has complete infrastructure, and it takes only ten minutes to reach the city center. There is a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. It is a great choice for travel, and the landlord will occasionally ask if we need help. They will respond very quickly to your questions.

Such a lovely, homely and well equipped home. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host me and my family. The beds were all super comfortable, with spacious rooms and ample bathrooms/showers! The location is great, 5 minute walk to M&S food and various bars/restaurants/ shops. Short walk to the beach and pier. Hayley was great too, I didn’t have the need for much communication but I don’t doubt Hayley would be very responsive.

Mark was a fantastic host! One of the best! checked in on us on to give information and advice house was spotless and had everything what a family needed it felt like a home from home five star

The caravan was in perfect condition, everything was easy to find and use and a great place to stay for a trip to Morecambe or Lancaster!

Absolutely amazing stay for my birthday! Lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything you need, hot tub was a great addition, however the best part of the weekend was waking up to a family of deers right outside the lodge, very friendly and came very close to us, the peacocks were and added bonus aswell, lovely walks and just an amazing place for a weekend we will definitely be returning !

Had a lovely stay at Julie and Steve’s place, the caravan was clean, cosy well equipped and perfectly situated within the campsite. The swimming pool onsite was lovely and warm and at the time we went not too busy. The area and the scenery is lovely with plenty of local walks but also close enough to Manchester and Blackpool to add variety.

I stayed here with my family (two adults, teenager and toddler). The caravan was spotless . Blackpool is only under an hours drive away so perfect for visiting the zoo and water park. on site was good child friendly entertainment which my little one loved. There is also a swimming pool and arcades on site ( at a small extra charge on arrival). plenty do on site and plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The caravan was so well equipped with everything you could ever need. Lots of things for the kids to enjoy and thoughtful touches like yummy things for excited children (and doggy treats if you’re lucky to have one 😁) Beautiful walks, lots to do, wish we could stay longer

Lorraine is a very friendly host, responsive and has a beautiful accommodation. She has been generous and left us a hamper basket to make our stay that extra bit nicer. The highlight of the accommodation is how close it is to St Anne’s beach and the amazing PRIVATE heated swimming pool and hot tub that we had access to. All in all, a great weekend destination and an amazing host. Would highly recommend!

I really think the photos don't do Peter's lodge justice. The space was superbly equipped and we had everything we needed. our youngest loved the toys and the was huge. We definitely want to visit again and are already planning for next year.

Alison couldn’t have been more helpful. The flat was cosy and comfortable, well stocked with both fresh and frozen food and our host had left us complementary bread, milk, butter, biscuits and other essentials which was very thoughtful. Altogether a very positive experience. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at The Red Door again.

We were so pleased to be able to get to stay with Joanne and Neil again. They always extremely helpful and let us bring our cat with us which makes life so much easier for us. We are in a great location to see family in both Formby and Crosby. We look forward to staying with them again soon.

Lovely place to stay, nice walks to have with the dog and a charming little town to explore. Helen provided a lovely place that is clean, tidy and inviting.

Honestly blown away with this place! Booked for my partners birthday for 2 nights and it was absolutely gorgeous! Such a beautiful place with loads of space and the garden is just beautiful! I will 100% be back! So many lovely takeaways near by if you just want a quiet few days in and a Tesco express literally right round the corner. Would recommend 1000%!

Just had an amazing few days here. Incredible cottage, spotlessly clean and so comfortable with everything we needed and more. Lynne is an excellent host who thinks of everything and does all she can to ensure you feel welcomed and at home. This was the perfect place for us to gather as a family to celebrate my mum’s 70th birthday. It was so relaxing and peaceful and we were lucky enough to have good weather so we could sit and enjoy the beautiful garden. Can’t recommend this place enough and we would absolutely love to return for another visit. 5 star experience from booking through to the end of our stay. Just loved it!

Stayed with friends at Victoria's place. It was just as described and I would definitely go back. It's in the centre of Lytham but on a quiet street so perfect for all the restaurants and shops. The beach is at the end of the street. Victoria is a great host.
