Everything was as described, everything was ok, communication was very friendly and quick with questions

Stayed 1 month, staff was very welcoming and helped me with suggestions for London travel. Room was good, although bed was UK king size not US king size for foreigners. Good bath, kitchen and living room. Plenty windows with street view. Blackout curtains were good, heating and lighting control too. Gym is small but has all essentials. You have food and supermarket places within the same block so that is great for long stays. Tube station is also a block away, very ideal. Overall great stay. Again staff really makes a difference.

We were helped up the stairs (of which there were quite a few as we were top floor) with our bags. The location is great. The room met our needs in that we had comfy beds and we could put milk in the fridge for cups of tea. We could have cooked a Simple meal, but It’s not the location for staying in so we didn’t do that.

Had an amazing stay! The room was cozy and adorable. All the pub staff were so welcoming and friendly. It is directly above the pub, so if noise is an issue for you, I would reconsider. But the provided earplugs were perfect for me. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Except for the dishwasher buttons being intermittent, everything else was perfect. We stayed for a total of one month, and both the facilities and location were excellent.

The hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than expected, in addition to letting us put our bags in their space until the time of the flight. Easy to communicate with and well located, so you can easily walk to transport. Huge variety of restaurants on the way to airbnb.

So glad I found this place! The total experience here was amazing, from the cool art throughout the property to the spotless room that was large and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Ayaan at the front desk was kind, helpful, and communicative and made my check in extremely smooth. He also offered local recommendations and helped me book into another Supercity Aparthotel when I wanted to extend my stay and no rooms were available. Every Staff member that I ran into was super friendly. I will definitely be back... if there was an extra credit star, I would give it. Thank you, Ayaan & Supercity!

Extremely convenient place to stay- a very quick walk to Oxford street and was close to Hyde park for winter wonderland. Very easy to get the tube to other sights as it is very close to Baker Street underground. The staff were very friendly and managed to store our bags for us. They also got us checked in sooner than expected which was great. We were very happy with the service and would stay again.

Had a great stay. Central location. Some noise from the street but not excessive.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The only unclear thing was check-in where information was only given 30 minutes before which was not helpful when planning around commuting from outside of London.

I liked the hotel and the room, it was neat and tidy, no hassle during check in ad finding place, Tesco McD and lots eateries nearby, during night time I felt unsafe as I saw people smashing car windows and shouting and screaming. Apart from that everything was fine

Tower suites accommodated us last minute. They helped us with parking. We had many bags and a member of staff assisted us with a trolley without us having to request it. We had been let down by four other private air bnb’s on the day so Tower Suites really saved our butts!

Me and my partner had the most wonderful staycation at blue orchids. Would definitely stay again
