Very relaxed feel with that old home charm. I enjoyed that it was near downtown, and always stayed close to food and some parks for the kiddos. Bathrooms are clean and the shower had great pressure. Host really made my family feel at home will definitely book again.

This is a unique place. Walking distance from the oldest Winery in Texas. The neighbors fed deer around dusk. In minutes, there were 40+ in the yard. My son with Down Syndrome was in heaven. The front porch faced west and the sunsets were magical. Our host was responsive and helpful. The home was impeccable. There is no way, in any form, we could be critical of anything we experienced. If you have never been to Del Rio, you need to see it. It has a unique history. Should you go, go to Old Town Del Rio (this property). Downtown has a few special restaurants. We stayed here in March for a weekend to attend a wedding. I was hessitant to stay in town as Del Rio has a large lake nearby and I preferred to stay close to the water. Staying at this house was the right decision as it was able to accomodate 9 of us comfortabley with fun things to do for the kiddos while we were getting ready for the wedding. Back yard is clean and well kept with a few games (Yard pong, corn hole, plastic axe throwing). Very quiet neighborhood and felt private. Lots of churches nearby and also felt very safe. We would stay again if we return to Del Rio. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Excellent house with kitchen that had essentials, clean and well decorated. It was located close to all restaurants and stores. Very comfortable and felt like home. Only wished we had more time to stay and enjoy the backyard. We definitely recommend this cute house to anyone visiting or on vacation.

Harold was a great host! The house was just what we needed for our weekend visit for a family event. If we had any questions Harold was quick to respond! I would recommend this place to stay to anyone!

La casa es muy bonita y espaciosa afortunadamente el clima estuvo perfecto y pudimos disfrutar de la terraza el cual nos encanto. Cuenta con un patio amplio para que puedan jugar los niños, nos divertimos usando los juegos de mesa que hay en la casa. la zona es muy tranquila pudimos descansar muy bien. Luis siempre estuvo al pendiente en responder mis dudas, definitivamente si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí.

Great communication’ large spacious home. We had issue with door lock but she was very kind and gave us another way to access and we appreciated that. House has everything you could need. There are things that need fixed but I think it’s more due to location and workers there. There is a rooster next door that talks all day and night and that was actually quite cute I thought. However I think neighbors leave a small dog outside all night and it barked as coyotes howled so I felt sad for the dog but be aware you are in a rural area so you will hear noises. The other side had horses that looked beautiful. Large tvs throughout the house and appreciated the coffee and tea was amazing!!! The size of the home is unlike anything else there. House needs some upkeep but we enjoyed the size and appreciated the host. There are multiple types of beds so that was very cool. And appreciated the Lysol as I’m a clean freak… if you have a large group you’ll love the size of the home.

I’m originally from Del Río ,came home for the holiday and stayed here . Felt like home. Close to everything.

Wasn’t sure what to expect in Del Rio, but this house was great. Plenty of space, clean pool on arrival, good WiFi and a Smart TV - pretty much all I need for a couple day stay! We had a minor issue with the AC and the owner was on top of it with a tech on scene within 30 mins and a quick resolution. She was quick to reply during all communications- highly recommend!
