This place is incredible, even better than in the photos. Full of character, comfortable, and well equipped. Also very convenient to whatever you might need and also in a great neighborhood. Eugenia is also responsive and made us feel welcome. Would definitely return!

Una bella casa muy amplia y muy bien distribuida en una zona muy tranquila pero con excelente ubicación, ampliamente recomendable si van a esta visitando diferentes puntos de la ciudad, el anfitrión fue muy amable y nos compartió recomendaciones de donde comer y lugares a visitar, ampliamente recomendado.

We had a wonderful stay at one of Ricardo's properties in Mexico City. Ricardo met us on site to welcome us in even though we arrived after 1am! He coordinated a car service to Teotihuacan and while we got a flat tire on the way, the driver was very kind and knowledgeable. As a family of 5, the space suited us very well and the neighbourhood was perfect. Very quiet in the evenings with little traffic on the street. There was construction going on across the street but we don't sleep in so it was never an issue. Lots to do and see in this neighbourhood and Uber's were quick to pick us up from here. Thank you for a most hospitable stay, Ricardo. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality played a huge role in making it a most memorable trip for all of us.

Loved this place and Kyra was a fantastic host. She is very responsive, answered all my questions, and always had clear instructions. There was always a person on site during the day for any need that arises. Location is perfect: it is in a nice area of Coyoacán with cafes, restaurants, and a big supermarket within walking distance. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Mexico City.

The group throughly enjoyed Ernesto’s place and the surrounding neighborhood. Highly recommend the frozen margaritas at the creperie down the street.

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

El departamento está una ubicación espectacular para recorrer la Ciudad de México a pie y en transporte público. Es una zona de restaurantes y bares, segura y arbolada, por la cual es un placer caminar buscando un lugarcito para desayunar o tomar un café. El departamento es espacioso, luminoso y tranquilo. Si bien está en una zona ajetreada, no se escucha un sonido del exterior. También se presta para quedarse tranquila, viendo una película a la noche. Un 10!

I had a great time even though I was in town for business. From the reservation down to the day of check out there was an excellent communication with the host and her assistant Luz, whom lived on the property. All was handled with care and details to the point to be greeted with a cold beer at arrival, which was highly welcomed. The house was in perfect condition and well equipped. The area is nice to visit and I invite other guest to experience this apartment when in Mexico City

I loved this place and would definitely stay here again when returning to CDMX. I know others have mentioned the street noise, but I really don't think it's that bad. Especially with a fan going, I barely noticed it. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for longer stays, and the washer worked well. There was a nice roomy living room and also plenty of space to unpack. The only downside was the hot water: I was lucky if I got 5 full minutes. As others have mentioned, this is a larger CDMX problem, although I will say in other places throughout the city I at least got a little bit longer than that! Other than the short showers, I have no complaints and would return for another stay!

Nos encantó el lugar, la zona muy tranquila los accesos a lugares como reforma, ángel de la independencia, y centro histórico de acceso rápido, menos en horas picos jajajaj, si tienes flojera de cocinar a la Vuelta está una fondista súper rica, todo lo tienes a la mano restaurantes, supercitos, parques, ecobicis… Vuelvo a venir, nos faltó por conocer Cd. Mx. Volveremos! Y volveremos con Andrea!

Si vas a algún concierto en la arena CDMX está es de las mejores opciones para alojarte ya que está muy cerca caminando. Siempre están en constante comunicación para saber si necesitas algo o si no tuviste algún problema a tu llegada. Son muy amables y el lugar está en excelentes condiciones.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a vibrant neighborhood in CDMX! Tyler is a great host. Try the tacos guisados cart across the street—about 1/10th of the price of the trendy adjacent Michelin restaurant but just as delicious! The doorman/doorwoman were very sweet and helpful, as were Tyler’s recommended drivers.

Loved everything about this place! So wonderful apartment in the best location. Also they got us a babycrib for our 7 months old baby, and they where so lovely and kind and helped us the last day. Super kind people/host - definetely recommend it for anyone going to cdmx!

El lugar es muy céntrico prácticamente cruzando la avenida se encuentran los lugares para visitar.. Es un lugar de amenidades nocturnas.. Buena comunicación..

estuvo muy bien, solo incomodó un poco qué tenia ventanas directo al gym en la recamara y había gente en el gym, pero contaba con cortinas de tela qué tapaban la ventana.

Great place in a central location. Most things were within 20-25 minutes walking or a very quick Uber ride away. The locals were super nice and Alec’s was responsive. Would highly recommend and rebook the same place if I travel to CDMX again.

Luis’s place is a wonderful base to explore Mexico City from. Located across from a park, it is a short distance to many wonderful restaurants. The place itself was as described, spotless, and had plenty of supplies for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others without hesitation!

This as a great spot to arrive to after some tiring travel. Easy in and out, and the neighborhood has anything to offer in cuisine, lovely walks, shops, parks nearby. Roma Norte is a fantastic neighborhood. I'm used o staying in neighboring Condesa, and the vibe here is slightly different and now I prefer its feeling of authenticity. The apartment is very comfortable– the bedding/sleeping was super comfy, and the bathrooms were great. The patio area is a big plus for privacy with beauty. A slight glitch with check in was recognized, and quickly remedied by the host, and made good. I highly recommend this spot, Enjoy!

Great apartment, excellent experience. Very close to downtown Coyoacan and pretty close to the metro line.
