Incredible mansion near Polanco and Roma Norte. Plenty of room for a large group, with great outdoor spaces to spend the time. The suggested chef cooked a great meal that we enjoyed in the backyard. Highly recommended!

Su ubicación es muy buena, ya que tiene cerca tiendas de conveniencia, un parque, un mercado etc. Es muy tranquila la zona, la casa es muy acogedora y cuenta con todos los servicios. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión es muy amable y respetuoso. En general un muy buen lugar para descansar

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, la casa es muy grande y muy cómoda, el jardín está muy bonito, te sientes como en casa. Nuestro equipo de trabajo también está muy contento. Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

El lugar estaba impecable, súper limpio, tal cual las fotos. Marcela siempre estuvo al pendiente, tuvimos una excelente comunicación y fue muy amable con nuestra llegada y partida, volvería totalmente, la zona no es la más segura por las noches pero la seguridad del edificio hizo que nos sintiéramos muy seguros, muy recomendable, no duden en reservar este lugar.

I enjoyed this little apartment and its neighborhood vibes. Demián was responsive and easy to connect to and I had everything I needed during my stay. There is certainly some street noise, but for me that’s a plus, not a minus! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a sunny home base for their time in CDMX.

This apartment is great - easily walkable to different parts of the city and close to many restaurants, bars and parks. The best part is the private roof deck, great to spend time laying out in the sun for a break from the city :) I traveled with a good friend, and this apartment was able to transition to a 2 bedroom easily, which was great to have a little more privacy. The hosts provided detailed instructions on entry into the apartment, we had no problems even though we arrived around midnight. They were also responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would stay again!

Great apartment and terrific location

Claudia’s apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located, with easy access to numerous bars and restaurants. She thoughtfully provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gesture and was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. However, if you’re sensitive to noise, be aware that the place can be loud due to its position on a busy street. Overall, it’s a safe building and a pleasant stay.

This place has it all! The home itself is peaceful and beautiful, but you are still in the middle of a vibrant and fun neighborhood. It's close to cafes and restaurants and the awesome Mercado Medellin where we bought eggs and tortillas and avocados. During midday when it got hot, it was wonderful to come home and hang out on the patio. We would stay here again. Thank you!

The location on the outskirts of Roma Norte (in a more serene area of town) of this Airbnb was perfect. We had walking access to nearby restaurants and cafes and took Ubers for anything more than a 25 minute walk. We loved there was a doorman and the option to pay for daily cleaning although we never used that.

We can't recommend Jude and Philippes tree flat highly enough! Such a lovely and peaceful place to stay and in a perfect location for getting around Roma and Condesa areas all within walking distance. The nearest MetroBus station is also a short walk away if you want to go further afield in CDMX. The place was spotless when we arrived and check in was super easy. Communication from Jude and Philippe was first class. The flat has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. After long days exploring this wonderful city it was great to come back to this haven of tranquility. Also having a private roof terrace was a real treat. We will definitely be coming back to Mexico City and hope that Jude and Philippe would host us again. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in CDMX then you would be hard pressed to find anywhere better! Thank you for having us. Steve, Cathy, Natalie.

Die perfekte Wohnung für einen Städtetrip. Komfortabel, großzügig, gehobenes Niveau, tolle Terrasse, toller Pool, tolle Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand und Sergio hat alles bestens organisiert. Unser nächster Trip nach CDMX führt uns sicher wieder in Sergios Wohnung. Kleiner Hinweis: montags ist der Pool wegen Pflege geschlossen.

Luis’s place is a wonderful base to explore Mexico City from. Located across from a park, it is a short distance to many wonderful restaurants. The place itself was as described, spotless, and had plenty of supplies for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others without hesitation!

As others have said, this is a super well-located apartment and ideal for two couples or a family to share. The outdoor terrace is a big plus—we had dinner out there twice when we needed a break from CDMX’s terrific restaurants. We did not find it noisy. Victoria was quick to respond to a plumbing issue and got it fixed on a Sunday no less. Great neighborhood, close to bus and metro, wonderful stay. Also super convenient to have a doorman and a washer and dryer.

The location was fabulous with restaurants and coffee within walking distance and it was very easy to get an uber. The apartment was very clean and our family felt relaxed after a day of exploring the city. Great vacation.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared in photos. It was very clean (like professionally clean). The interior design was great. I wasn’t surprised to find out that Francisco is an architect. The balcony was great and peaceful, and felt somewhat private, which is probably hard to find in such a busy part of the city. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood (we recommend trying Los Tacos Michigan). The doormen were helpful. I would stay here again.
