Ciutadella de Menorca : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We stayed a week in October 2024, my mum and I. The place is well-kept, inviting and equipped brilliantly with nothing left to ask for. We had a room each, the one next to the entrance with 2 single beds can get noisy in the early morning as construction work and road traffic is going on. Beds all comfy and clean, bathrooms great for a good shower and the communal area (kitchen and living space) offers comfort and peace. Nice (but not too much) decoration, great assortment of glasses and things you might need (Tupperware, clips, corkscrew, shopping bags, some basic spices). Quite a few restaurants around, for pizza and pasta go to Baia2 (100m away) and for great meals it was Lakaña (300m). Parking is easy in surrounding streets. We haven’t met Antoni in person but he was always available on direct message! A great stay!

really enjoyed our stay at the villa, clean, comfortable, lovely pool and outdoor area, including outdoor . location was great, 5 minutes walk to local supermarket and good restuarants, 5 minute walk to bus stop into cuitadella and then 15 minute walk to other bays and restaurants. richard was a great host, very responsive . highly recommended

The house is rustic as depicted in the pictures and well equipped. Be aware that the ground floor is not air conditioned. Laura was very responsive to the problem and provided two fans to make it more comfortable in early September. Also, a new router was installed that provided access to WiFi in more rooms and improved its reliability. The location of the house is excellent for reaching the central part of the city in a short walk and to the port area. We enjoyed our visit very much!

We loved our stay at Eva’s place! She was very helpful with providing directions and suggestions for what to visit, where to eat, etc. Menorca is quiet in Feb. with not many things open near the house, so we were glad to have a car that provided us with easy access to the different parts of the island and restaurants / nightlife in the bigger town centers.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

Maison agréable à vivre avec une belle terrasse et vue sur mer. Le rooftop offre une tres belle vue mais difficilement accessible l'été avec la chaleur. la maison est très bien équipée. Pour se baigner nous avons aimé une petite crique dont le chemin part en haut de la rue (15 minutes à pieds) mais notre plage préférée était à Alcalfar. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture. Noelia et Patrick ont toujours été réactifs et de bons conseils.

Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!

l emplacement de la maison au top !!! baignade en sortant du jardin.... dans une crique magnifique, mais pas accessible aux petits enfants . plage de sable à proximité . très proche de ciutadella , ville magnifique . on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

A lovely apartment in a beautiful area, close to beaches, restaurants & shops. There is a nice area out the back of the apartment to relax with the use of table & chairs or loungers. The beds are comfortable and the option of air con is appreciated. Some areas have been refurbished since the photos were taken, the main bedroom is brighter which is a plus. Host is friendly and helpful!

Excellent séjour ! L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Le matériel pour bébé était installé à notre arrivée. Tous les éléments sont de bonne qualité. Le village de cala en porter est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la plage et des jeux pour enfants disponibles sur la place centrale . À noter la présence de 2 supermarchés très pratique ! Encore merci pour toutes les petites attentions et votre disponibilité lors du séjour !

Host molto disponibile per indicazioni e consigli per la zona (indicazioni utile per ristoranti). Alloggio come da foto e fornito dei servizi descrizione. Zona tranquilla con ampio parcheggio. Unica pecca, cucina non il massimo per cucinare e bagno poco pratico, Wi-Fi segnale non sempre presente. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Acogedor apartamento perfecto para una estancia familiar en la isla. Está nuevo y en una zona muy bonita y tranquila de la isla. Además se encuentra a 5min a pie de una de las mejores playas de Menorca. Xavi y David muy pendientes de absolutamente todo. Totalmente recomendable y volveremos a hospedarnos en la próxima visita.

Très agréable séjour. Logement idéalement équipé (très rare de trouver autant d’équipement dans un Airbnb) L’appartement est très bien situé dans la ville, accès rapide à la plage. Petite amélioration à prévoir, la salle de bain qui demande un rajeunissement de la baignoire. Daniel est un hôte réactif, agréable. Je recommande vivement la location.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

The villa is stunning, 1 minute (or less) from a beautiful ocean swimming spot. Amazing space, had everything we could possibly want - including air conditioning in all rooms and two bathrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite. Beautiful outdoor area and pool. Wish we could have stayed longer! Sergio was great and super responsive, and met the lovely cleaning lady who gave us recommendations on where to eat and the best coast to swim at depending on what was happening with the wind. Loved it!

Logement très agréable en mi saison (fin octobre) fidèle à la description. Oscar a été réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Je recommande !

This was the most magical home in an extraordinary location overlooking the sea - it was every thing we had hoped for - this property exceeded our expectations. - we hated to leave

Ho soggiornato a Villa Carina con la mia famiglia. Siamo stati molto bene! La zona è molto tranquilla, una vera oasi di pace!! Splendidi i tramonti sul mare. Se torneremo a Minorca, sicuramente soggiorneremo di nuovo a casa di Alessandro.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Der Garten ist für die Nachbarn nicht einsehbar und schön angelegt. Von dem Rand der Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und Stauraum. Das Meer ist zu Fuß in etwa 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Sandstrand ist etwas weiter entfernt (15 min zu Fuß) aber die örtliche Bucht (5 min zu Fuß) bietet ebenso Liegeflächen auf den Steinen und über angebrachte Leitern hat man einen Ein- und Ausstieg ins Meer. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt.

Das Haus war gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der grosse Pool war für unsere Tochter ein Highlight. Wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Die Gegend war extrem ruhig. Der kleine traumhafte Strand zwischen den Felsen erreichten wir in 5 Gehminuten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Die Insel hat so viele schöne Strände zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation war top. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Eccellente qualità prezzo! Parto dai nostri ospiti, che sono stati veramente cordiali e simpatici, disponibili e pronti a rendersi utili.. Le foto della casa parlano da sole: posto incantevole e da sogno, posizione impareggiabile, quartiere molto tranquillo e affascinante. La casa è accogliente, ci si ambienta in fretta e ci si sente a casa, dispone di ogni comodità, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, smart TV, microonde, una buona attrezzatura da spiaggia.. Menzione speciale per il garage coperto con scala interna che collega direttamente all'ingresso, utilissimo in caso di pioggia! Gli arredi non sono lussuosi, ma semplici e armoniosi, il vero lusso è un dehor tutto da vivere, che affaccia sulla piscina e sul mare, con tramonti spettacolari e bellissime stellate! Grazie di cuore Francesc e Cristóbal, avremo per sempre la vostra casetta nel cuore!

We had such a wonderful stay at Julia‘s place. The location was better than expected, absolutely beautiful. The villa was lovely, especially the pool which we made full use of. Watching the tortoises roam around the was an added bonus. Loved going down to the sea for a swim. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Menorca. Julia is an excellent and very responsive host.
