Ciutadella de Menorca : locations de villas de vacances

Fantástica casa en zona tranquila cerca de Ciudadela y de las principales calas de Menorca. Davide muy bien Anfitrión siempre pendiente y con indicaciones muy buenas.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Rosa en Menorca fue simplemente espectacular. La casa de dos pisos es amplia, acogedora y muy bien equipada, especialmente la cocina, que cuenta con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas deliciosas. Desde el primer momento, nos impresionó la limpieza y el cuidado de cada detalle, especialmente la piscina, que estaba impecable y lista para disfrutar. La casa ofrece vistas impresionantes al Mediterráneo, y las puestas de sol son realmente mágicas; cada tarde era un espectáculo de colores que quedará en nuestra memoria. Además, la ubicación es ideal. A solo unos minutos a pie, teníamos acceso a supermercados y restaurantes, lo cual fue muy conveniente. La proximidad a Ciutadella, a tan solo 5 minutos en coche, también fue un punto fuerte, ya que nos facilitó mucho el viaje desde Mallorca, donde tomamos el ferry. El estacionamiento privado nos dio tranquilidad y facilidad para movernos por la isla. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomendaríamos 100%.

Super séjour, le peu de problèmes que nous avons eues ont été réglés en moins de 24h. La maison est top et bien situé. Rien à redire je conseille vivement.

La casa tal cual se describe en las fotos. La piscina estaba impecable. Matthieu muy amable, nos dejó hacer el check out tarde ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche. La única pega, no había gel ni champú y tampoco papel higiénico para todos los días. Los utensilios de cocina y mobiliario de la casa un poco antiguos. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia!

Le logement était parfait avec tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine est bien situé avec des transat. Le petit plus entre ami ou en famille est la grande terrasse extérieur pour profiter de ces repas en toute convivialité.

Maison propre et calme. Extérieur incroyable avec une jolie terrasse. Très fonctionnelle. Olga est très réactive et accueillante. Dommage la piscine était froide à cette époque mais elle a l'air incroyable. Le seul bémol est qu'il y a un peu d'humidité à l'intérieur mais il faut penser à bien aérer toute la journée.

Nous avons passé un we entre amis et la maison est juste parfaite. Très bien agencée, propre avec tout le nécessaire. Tout est fourni et bien plus encore. La plage est à 3 min à pied. Les commerces sont proches et offrent les besoins élémentaires. Franchement vous pouvez réserver sans vous poser de questions.

We had a fabulous stay here - the accommodation was spot on, bed very comfortable and the pool was a massive bonus. We loved the privacy in the terraced area, and we used the BBQ one night for tea, kitchen was well equipped. The AC in the bedroom was great, and overall exactly what we had hoped for. We would love to come back and stay again.

A beautiful home in a lovely, peaceful location. The villa is spacious and well equipped, and located in a quiet area but only a short drive from Mahon. Santi and Berta were great hosts, who were very accommodating and had good communication before and during the visits.

We had a fabulous stay in Villa Calma, Adriana and Kass were the perfect hosts! They accommodated us with an early checkin as we were travelling with a baby, the directions and google link took us straight there, the villa was so comfortable and suited our needs perfectly, the sunset from the balcony every night was amazing and the pool and garden were fantastic. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz too! A great stay so thank you very much Dri and Kass, I’m sure we will be back to stay in your lovely villa.

The villa is stunning, 1 minute (or less) from a beautiful ocean swimming spot. Amazing space, had everything we could possibly want - including air conditioning in all rooms and two bathrooms with the main bedroom having an ensuite. Beautiful outdoor area and pool. Wish we could have stayed longer! Sergio was great and super responsive, and met the lovely cleaning lady who gave us recommendations on where to eat and the best coast to swim at depending on what was happening with the wind. Loved it!

Es ist ein tolles Haus an super Lage, in einem ruhigen Quartier und doch nah vom Zentrum, Bucht und Flughafen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, die Sonnenterrasse mit pool ist grandios. Der Gastgeber beantwortet schriftlich immer sehr schnell die Fragen. Es war wunderbar.

Lovely villa, spacious, clean, nicely furnished, kitchen was very well equipped. Pool was great too, sunny all day. Beautiful views of olive trees and wild landscape to the back of the house, including far reaching views. All very peaceful and private. Restaurants nearby, we ate in Cala Torret several times in the evening, and also the Bakery there sells lovely bread and croissants plus serves tasty rolls, toasted sandwiches etc for a quick lunch. We recommend the fish restaurant in Binibeca too, delicious cooking and lovely service. We had a great time and will certainly return. Christoph has been an excellent host, great communication. Le séjour s’est très bien passé et la maison est très agréable surtout quand on est nombreux. Le seul hic est qu’il faut ressortir du bas pour accéder à l’appartement du dessus et que le petit salon protège du soleil ne soit pas au bon endroit. Sinon notre hôte a été aux petits soins.. et nous avons adoré Minorque! Je recommande vivement pour les familles avec enfants.

What an amazing place. My husband and I took our family here for a relaxing holiday and it certainly was. The interior was so stylish, yet very comfortable. The whole family had there own space to chill and relax. The pool area was huge and had lots of different areas to relax or sunbath. In the evening we used the outside kitchen and bbq areas. Frances gave me lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Great hostess, we would certainly recommend staying here if your planning to holiday in Menorca.

We were a family of 9 adults. Villa Rosa was perfect for us. The house and pool area was brilliantly arranged for relaxing and chilling out. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything, it was like a home from home. There was plenty for us to do. We had a superb meal at La Calita at Biniancolla, the setting is stunning. We also had a lovely boat trip with Alan and Black Lizard tours. He even took us to the lighthouse! Mahon and Cuitadella didn't disappoint and coming home to Villa Rosa made the holiday for us. A truly fabulous holiday rental in a wonderful part of Mahon. Exactly as described, clean with an excellently stocked kitchen. Communication with Laurent was perfect and he answered all our questions immediately. He was the perfect host. Our children loved it.

We had a fantastic holiday at Joan’s villa and can’t fault it. The villa was spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. The outside area had lots of seating areas which was fantastic and we loved the pool. The marina is a short walk away with lots of restaurants etc. Would happily stay again!

Margarita was there when we arrived and allowed us to leave our cases at the Villa whilst they were preparing it (we were very early). The Villa was clean and spacious and the pool was lovely and very large (and very deep at one end). I would highly recommend this Villa.

Pasamos 6 días maravillosos en la casa. La casa es tal cual se muestra en las fotos . muy cómoda , con una galería con vistas al mar increíbles. disfrutamos mucho del jardín , muy bien equipado con reposeras y living de exterior. La piscina está impecable, muy limpia y cuidada. Las camas cómodas. La cocina súper equipada con mucha vajilla y lo necesario para cocinar. La zona es muy linda y tranquila para descansar

Excellent villa, clean and spacious with a fantastic private pool. We had a lovely time, the local beach is perfect, and plenty of restaurants to choose from in Cala En Porter. Sandy was a great host, super helpful and very quick to respond!

We loved the house (with all utilities we needed), especially the view from the balcony with those amazing sunsets! We had a little problem in the house and contacted Reinhold and Renate for help. They reacted very calm and friendly and it was resolved very without delay. Many thanks, again! We very much appreciate your kind support

Das Haus war gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der grosse Pool war für unsere Tochter ein Highlight. Wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt. Die Gegend war extrem ruhig. Der kleine traumhafte Strand zwischen den Felsen erreichten wir in 5 Gehminuten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Die Insel hat so viele schöne Strände zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation war top. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

The villa is exactly as described in the details. The terrace and pool are fantastic with views of the sea. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Cala Torret is less than a 5-minute walk from the villa where you can find a local store and some excellent restaurants, particularly if you enjoy eating fish. Calamar, Taberna Del Corso and Paupa being our favourites. There is also a great bakery within meters of the local store in the square of Cala Torret where breakfast can be enjoyed if you choose, and excellent freshly baked bread and pastries can be purchased. A sandy beach is no longer than a 10 minute walk away, offering sun loungers if you require them(at a cost). Everything considered we had a fantastic holiday, great sunsets in the evening viewed from the villa.
