Civitanova Marche : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

We felt absolutely spoilt and had a fantastic stay. We were welcomed and treated like family. A home away from home. We will return.

Location incantevole e alloggio che permette di rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura. L'alloggio è dotato di ogni comfort e l'host disponibile ogni qual volta doveste averne bisogno. Il posto è un paradiso e risulta perfetto a chi cerca relax e benessere con viste mozzafiato. Ovviamente spostandosi in auto o si possono raggiungere, con viaggi di circa 20-60 minuti circa, le migliori località marchigiane e vivere le bellezze di questa magnifica regione. L'accesso alla struttura risulta a un po' scomodo e impervio ma basta guidare piano e fare attenzione soprattutto se non avete un'auto alta come nel mio caso. In ogni caso questo non ha pregiudicato la qualità di una delle vacanze più belle che abbia mai fatto, quindi posso dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente magnifica tanto che, se solo avessi più tempo, la ripeterei anche domani. Godetevi questo magnifico posto e complimenti all'host! W LE MARCHE!

La struttura è bellissima, confortevole, elegante ed accogliente nello stesso tempo, comoda negli spazi e curata nell' arredo e nei particolari, cucina attrezzatissima. L' esterno è molto ampio: un patio ben attrezzato ed un prato esteso molto curato con ulivi e con vista sulle colline circostanti, presenti anche amache e giochi per bimbi. L' host Matteo super gentile e presente all'occorrenza. Tutto molto bello. Super raccomandata.

Splendida casa allestita con molta cura, dal salone con la cucina molto attrezzata, al terrazzo che domina sulla piscina con la meravigliosa vista. Un grazie a Maria e Gianfilippo, molto discreti e disponibili all'occorrenza.

Das Haus ist sehr charmant und die Alleinlage bietet viel Privatsphäre und Platz für unsere laut spielenden Kinder. Die Anzahl an Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen ist super. Der Salzwasser Pool super schön und angenehm . Zum Richtig Schwimmen reicht er nicht, eher planschen und erfrischen. Das Haus ist was besonderes, die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Für ganz kleine Kinder mit der Empore im Kinderzimmer und den Stufen schwierig. Unser jüngster ist 4, da war das kein Problem. Die Terasse ist super zum zusammensitzen! Toller Blick! Die Straße ist deutlich hörbar, das darf einen nicht stören. Verbesserungspotential gibts ganz wenig…bei der Küchenausstattung. (Scharfe Messer/Anzahl Schneidebretter,..) Und paar mehr Mückengitter. Ein paar fenster haben welche, Terassentür und Bäder leider nicht. Wir waren viel zu kurz da um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Man kann sich bestimmt eine Woche gut beschäftigen mit Strandausflügen, Burgen, Städchen anschauen, Fernando kennt sich aus und hat viele Tipps!

Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio! La casa era spaziosa e dalle finestre si apriva un panorama mozzafiato che lasciava senza parole. È situata nel cuore di Fermo, vicino alla Piazza del Popolo, e proprio come un piccolo museo conserva perfettamente lo stile del Settecento. Chiara e suo marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è al primo piano e il marito di Chiara mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Chiara ha preparato per me una torta per la colazione: era deliziosa! Ho sentito tutto il calore e la cura con cui era fatta. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare in un luogo così affascinante.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Laura sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns direkt das Haus gezeigt und uns sofort viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung genannt. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist sehr sauber und alles ist top gepflegt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind wunderschön angelegt mit tollem Blick auf den Ort und die Natur. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Restaurants sowie die schönen, kleinen Nachbarorte sind alle super mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für uns, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich machten ! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch ! Wir können die Casale di Laura nur wärmstens empfehlen !!

Attività di relais recente; luogo incantevole che consiglierei senza remore per godere di relax, pace e tranquillità. Ottima vista e posizione; cura per i dettagli artistici; fa venire voglia di tornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’appartamento “Il Selvaggio” per l’intero mese di agosto ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. L’appartamento, all’interno di una villa ristrutturata in un contesto incantevole e molto suggestivo, è dotato di tutto quel che serve per un perfetto soggiorno. La casa è splendida, pulitissima, silenziosa e con un terrazzo e una vista magnifica. Gli elettrodomestici, i materassi, i cuscini, il bagno, l’arredamento sono scelti con grande gusto e funzionalità. La posizione inoltre permette di visitare sia il sud delle Marche che il nord dell’Abruzzo con facilità. Supermercati, gelaterie, ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Teresa, suo marito e i suoi figli sono stati gentilissimi: sono state persone molto discrete, ma allo stesso tempo attente alle nostre necessità e ci han dato parecchi consigli utili. I prodotti dell’orto erano superlativi: pomodori e insalata da sapori unici. Speriamo di poter tornare magari in autunno/inverno!

Wir waren drei Tage da - Marco war supernett und wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Schönster Blick von der Terrasse in die Marken - Straße kaum befahren - Ausstattung für 3 Tage ausreichend - sehr süße Katze die die Kinder geliebt haben!

We loved everything about the apartment! Best location just outside the medieval wall of Sirolo and a short walk to main piazza with panoramic views of Adriatic Sea, restaurants and shops. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen, cozy bed, WiFi, and a beautiful garden. Giorgia and Franco are excellent hosts! We recommend it highly! It was totally relaxing and we will return!

The reception by Paola was very friendly. The apartment was nice, clean and with two spacious bedrooms, and the swimming pool and terrace were lovely to spend a relaxed day. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook our own meal. We had a lovely time and recommend this to others who are looking for a relaxed place to stay.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Ausreichend Schlafplätze, eine tolle Küche … und natürlich der Pool … waren einfach wunderbar. Bei Fragen gab es schnelle und kompetente Rückmeldungen und Lösungen. Es gab viele Mücken, aber dank der Fliegengitter an einigen Fenstern, ließ es sich halbwegs kontrollieren. Das Haus könnte einige kleine Renovierungen vertragen … das hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank

Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku, również z dziećmi, przepiękna okolica, urokliwe miasteczka w okolicy bez tłumów turystów. Gospodarze są cudowni, Paola i Luca zarażają swoją miłością do wina. 100 % wykonania maksymy gospodarzy, że jesteś w domu daleko od domu 🤩😍😍

abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno 20222, tutto perfetto, location bellissima veramente immersa nel verde e con un silenzio e pace incredibile, la casa corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia per la casa, le attrezzature e elettrodomestici forniti e del riscaldamento, consigliamo assolutamente il soggiorno presso Henrik, sempre disponibile e raggiungibile tramite whatzapp, l'unica nota da segnalare è che se avete un auto molto bassa stile sportiva o simili potreste avere qualche piccolo problema sull'ultimo tratto di strada per raggiungere l'alloggio siccome la strada è di sassi ma resta leggermente alta nel centro e in alcuni tratti sentivo grattare sotto....ma niente di che.... il paesaggio e la posizione ricompensano il tutto! :) super consiglio

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen u 6 Kindern in Tolentino u hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Haus! Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt, top ausgestattet, großzügig (so dass sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen kann), hat einen tollen Pool (perfekte Größe) und in jede Richtung einen tollen Ausblick. Es liegt in den Hügeln oberhalb Tolentinos in absolut, ruhiger Lage (man stört niemanden u wird nicht gestört). Man braucht ein Auto, nach Tolentino fährt man ca 10 Minuten/ hier bekommt man alles. Alle paar Tage wurde der Pool gereinigt u nach 7 Tagen wurden Handtücher u Bettwäsche gewechselt. Es gibt tolle kleine Städte in der Umgebung u bis zum Strand fährt man auch nur 40 Minuten. Wir haben viel gebadet, gekocht u die Ruhe genossen. Es war nie langweilig, das Alter unserer Kids war 10-15 Jahre u alle konnten schwimmen. Vielen lieben Dank, Kate, für alles! Die Kommunikation war zuverlässig und sehr angenehm. Absolute Empfehlung von Herzen!!

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

Spazio interno ed esterno ottimale per più famiglie. Cucina e ripostigli ideali per soggiorni lunghi. D'inverno camere e bagni ben riscaldati. Biancheria e stoviglie ottimali. Per chi ha cani consiglio di fare attenzione a paddeggiate a piedi a causa di un maremmano libero sulla strada di accesso alla via in alto.Torneremo sicuramente per l'estrema vicinanza ai Sibillini e per la casa ha un calore che la rende davvero felice.

Magnifique séjour tout a été parfait. Surtout avec le paysage et la piscine. La cuisine nous a beaucoup servis. Et quel accueil wow merci ☺️, vins , tartes , lait , cafés etc etc. Un couple des plus gentils 🤩 j’y retournerai sans hésitation. Il y a un marché Oasi à Tolentino mais faut prendre la voiture. Tout est magnifique merci pour tout.
