A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea estaba muy atento a todo. A pesar no sabemos italiano, se mostro atento y se esmero para entendernos. Recomendado. Muy limpio todo. Muy agradable el lugar. Si visito nuevamente europa, me alojaria nuevamente en este lugar

Giovanna and Riccardo are amazing hosts! Their house is simply gorgeous and huge! Filled with small decorative details and vintage items that give the entire space unique and cool atmosphere, and a home feeling! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are cute and share a bathroom, and the entire house is super comfortable and convenient for a family vacation! The pool is big and so much fun! The yard and its surrounding is huge, offering many hidden seating spots and ovens for a cook out. So you are welcome to swim, chill, tan, eat and relax outside. Giovanna gave us excellent tips and was always so responsive and welcoming. We had the perfect finish for our Italian vacation, so peaceful and relaxing stay..,the perfect place to stay just outside Rome.. thank you so much , can’t wait to return or to host you someday at our home in Tel Aviv. Posto tranquillo, per passare un soggiorno con il partner o come noi che siamo una coppia con bambini piccoli che hanno sfruttato il giardino della villetta .Struttura pulita con una cucina dotata con il necessario per cucinare , macchina da caffè a cialde . Marco è stato a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. Siamo stati bene a Roma senza il caos di Roma .

Simona was a wonderful host. We really loved the privacy,security and amenities of the accommodation. lovely to sit in the garden in the evening and relax with a cocktail. la casa di Daniela si è rivelata perfetta per noi 6, garantendo la privacy di ciascuno ma offrendo un'ampia zona comune e una cucina ben attrezzata. Abbiamo potuto godere degli arredi esterni, nonostante la stagione, e consumare il pranzo all'aperto. L'adiacente vivaio offre una piacevole opportunità di passeggiare tra olivi secolari e arbusti ornamentali.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

Prachtige vakantie op een toplocatie!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida struttura e non possiamo fare a meno di elogiare l'ospitalità del nostro host, una persona davvero super alla mano, gentile e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. È stato attento a ogni dettaglio, assicurandosi che non ci mancasse alcun comfort durante il nostro soggiorno. La struttura è davvero bellissima e non osiamo immaginare quanto possa essere bella in primavera o in estate. È dotata di tutti i comfort immaginabili: sauna, jacuzzi super igienizzata, una piscina meravigliosa e un barbecue perfetto per pranzi e serate all’aperto. La casa è impeccabile, pulita e ben equipaggiata con ogni elettrodomestico necessario. Abbiamo soggiornato con degli amici e un’altra coppia e gli spazi interni sono molto ampi, comodi e accoglienti. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a soli 3 minuti c’è un bar con tavolini all’aperto e a 5 minuti un supermercato grande e ben fornito. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare per un nuovo! C&A

We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We will come back next time in Rome for sure ! Thank you Maurizio !!

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

Robertos place was fantastic! He and his sons went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate our family. (offered transportation pick up, early check in, showed us step by step every amenity in the house, helped carry ALL our Luggage up the stairs, personal recommendations, comped breakfast locally, proscecco in both refrigerators...) I would give 10 stars 🌟 for service and helpfulness! This made for an amazing welcome and stay in Rome. I highly recommend! Gratitude 🥹

We celebrated my 40th Birthday with 15 friends and had such a wonderful weekend. The house is big, with private bathrooms for every couple, with 2 kitchens (the downstairs kitchen is excellent for joint cooking etc.). Hanging out by the pool was super nice. The near-by lake is very scenic and the proximity to Rome is great for those who want to do sight-seeing. Edoardo was a great host and easy going. tiny point: we could not find firewood for the pizza oven. Other than that we had a beautiful weekend! Thanks

This villa is a hidden gem. In the outskirts of Rome area known as "Castelli", a prime local tourism location with a lot of good food options and restaurants nearby. Outdoor hikes around lake Albano. Also a short drive to Rome city center for daily visit. Villa has many rooms, vintage but well kept. Outdoors is unmatched, spacious, incredible views, pool, soccer pitch, huge garden to relax or dine out. The host is super kind.

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

Alles van aankomst tot vertrek is heerlijk verlopen in dit prachtig gerenoveerde huis. We hebben genoten van het prachtige zwembad dat heerlijk verkoeling bracht tijdens de warmere dagen. Ideale uitvalbasis om bv Rome en Tivoli te bezoeken en achteraf tot rust te komen op het platteland. De tuin is hemels en biedt zoals de advertentie ook beschreef 100% privacy. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug! Heel sympathieke gastheer en -vrouw Bedankt Alberto en Daniela voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Vi boede to familier i huset med rigeligt plads til stor og små. terassen er værd at fremhæve med sin smukke udsigt. Vi nød poolen og den smukke have på forsiden af huset med endnu en flot terrasse. Køkkenet var mere end fuld udstyret - der var alt man kunne tænke sig. Francesco og familie var meget venlige og hjælpsomme og var svarede på alle vores spørgsmål meget hurtigt. En helt igennem dejlig uge i vidunderligt hus og smukke omgivelser. Området har meget at byde på. Der er rig mulighed for naturoplevelser lige om hjørnet. restaurant og Indkøb ca 3 km. Vi kommer gerne igen en anden gang. Vores varmeste anbefalinger.

Vi var två veckor hos Rosanna med våra döttrar och fyra barnbarn. Huset är perfekt för stora familjer med sina tre lägenheter. Alla lägenheterna var mycket mysiga och bra inredda. Barnen älskade poolen som var stor och ren. Många solstolar och bra parasoller. De tyckte också om pingisbordet mycket. Vi åt alla måltider utomhus, antingen vid den trevliga matplatsen eller i soffgruppen. Vi åkte till de två sjöarna och badade samt till havet. En dag turistade vi i Rom. Allting låg inom rimligt avstånd med bil. Vi fick suoerb service av våra värdar som hjälpte oss med alkt, bla att boka en akut läkartid. Vi fick färska ägg som gåvor vi flera tillfällen och även grönsaker från trädgården. De gav oss många tips om allt möjligt och svarade väldigt snabbt på meddelanden. Riktiga toppenvärdar som gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.

Amazing house and amazing host ! Stefano, Gigi and Felicia are the sweetest, very helpful, flexible and genuinely kind ! We spent the weekend there for a get together between old friends, we were 10 and everything was perfect !! The surroundings, the food, the chimney, the big barbecue outside .. we could have stayed here forever ! 😄 Many thanks again to the three of you, Gigi for all the help, Felicia for the wonderful sponge cake and Stefano for his guidance and support !! Hope to do that again soon ! 🇮🇹❤️
