Jednoznačnou výhodou apartmánu je vkusné moderní vybavení, které je nové a výborně udržované - po praktické stránce nic nechybělo. Díky skvělé komunikaci s majitelkou jsme se rychle zorientovali. Protože jsme přijeli na týden v zimním období, řekli jsme si o teplejší deku, kterou nám majitelka ihned dopravila. Další výhodou je vybavená kuchyňka se základními potravinami (káva, čaj, sůl, pepř, olej, ocet) a blízký výborně vybavený obchod - snadno si uvaříte jednoduché jídlo, koupíte čerstvé pečivo, ovoce, šunku nebo skvělé pití. V apartmánu je on-line TV s Netflixem, rychlá wi-fi. Do apartmánu jsme z nádraží došli bez problémů i s kufry pěšky, všechno je blízko - památky, restaurace, obchody. Nevýhoda apartmánu byla pro nás jediná - není tichý, jsou v něm slyšet zvuky z chodby i ze sousedství. Výhody ale jednoznačně převažovaly, ani náhodou nelitujeme. A děkujeme za láhev výborného vína!

Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Our stay was great. We very much enjoyed the large covered patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. We grilled steaks on the large grill and the wine and olive groves surrounding the house made sitting out a pleasure. It is easy access Florence or Pisa or Sienna or a number of other villages and towns, but you will need a car even if only to drive yourself to public transportation. Chiara suggested a wonderful nearby winery which we visited twice and the local restaurants are wonderful. Highly recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach wunderbar. Die Lage inmitten der schönen Natur bot uns die perfekte Gelegenheit zum Entschleunigen und Entspannen. Die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön gestaltet und lud zum Verweilen ein. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Möglichkeit, das gesamte Grundstück zu erkunden und sogar den Pool zu nutzen - ein echtes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts! Katya und Bengt waren außerordentlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und reaktionsschnell, was zu einem reibungslosen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt beitrug. Wer eine Auszeit vom Alltag sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wärmstens und kommen gerne wieder!

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

Appartamento molto spazioso e comodo con 2 letti matrimoniali. La proprietara di casa molto gentile e attenta ai dettagli, in casa non manca praticamente nulla. Dai prodotti del bagno (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo ecc.) a quelli per la cucina (caffè, succo di frutta, plumcake, pasta, pomodoro ecc. e tutto il necessario per poter cucinare). Avendo un bambino piccolo ho trovato fasciatoio e sediolone per la pappa e mi è stato chiesto se avessi bisogno della culla. Venendo con auto mi sono trovato molto bene. Zona molto tranquilla dove si trova facilmente parcheggio ed è facile spostarsi. Sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.

Great appartment to stay., particularly for big families. Everthing looks beatufual and new. if you'd like to exercise, you will have a special place and equipment to do it. Great space in separate living and dining room, as well as in the kitchen. And really proactive and nice host. I definitely recommend the place.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

The place is near the trams and pastry/coffee shops! Walkable to Firenze Rifredi train station (10-15mins) then just 1 station to Firenze SMN. Grocery store (10mins). There is an elevator for the luggage too. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Casa Arturo is a fantastic place to stay. In a quiet location but walking distance to all places of interest. Andrea's recommendations of good local restaurants served us well with lovely lunches. The information folder was invaluable on local public transport,history of the area and useful information covering many areas. The apartment itself is spotless and well furnished and had everything you needed to make your stay enjoyable a home from home. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Florence and we hope to be back one day soon

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, especially for our 2-year-old daughter. There were plenty of toys and useful items that made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful snacks and drinks provided – a perfect touch after a long journey. The location is incredibly convenient, with a pizzeria, pastry shop, and grocery store just a stone's throw away. Plus, the bus stop to the city center is nearby, making it easy to explore. Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Appartamento molto confortevole e pulito in un edificio tranquillo. La posizione è molto comoda alla fermata della tramvia e ad un centro commerciale entrambi raggiungibili in un paio di minuti. Fabio è stato molto gentile, preciso, flessibile e premuroso inviandoci alcuni giorni prima istruzioni dettagliate per l'utilizzo dell'app per il self check in. Consigliato! ottima esperienza.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Maison Toscane au calme et pleine de charme. Louise est adorable et nous a donné plein de recommendations d'activités variées aux alentours. On a adoré notre séjour, merci !

Wir haben für eine Woche mit unserer Familie (4 Erwachsene und ein Baby 9 Monate) dort in diesem tollen Haus gewohnt. Das Bad ist sehr groß und sehr sauber. Auch die anderen Zimmer haben eine gute Größe. Wunderbar ist die Aussicht mit der Terasse und der Garten. Duddova ist ein sehr ruhiges Dorf,aber genau das richtige für einen schönen Urlaub. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant, in den man gut essen kann. Ansonsten braucht man das Auto, um ein zu kaufen. Oder man läuft zu Fuß in das nächste Dorf Ambra. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Our stay at Valeria's beautiful winery in Tuscany was magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the vineyards that surround this secluded gem. The tranquility of the setting allowed us to fully unwind in the splendor of the Tuscan countryside. The staff at the winery made our experience even more special. Francesco and Hasiba were incredibly welcoming and went above to ensure our stay was perfect. Francesco's wine tasting tour was delightful. One of the highlights was the dinner that Hasiba lovingly prepared for us one evening. The flavors, the freshness, and the care that went into each dish were simply incredible. We enjoyed our meal while overlooking the stunning countryside, making the evening truly unforgettable. The combination of the breathtaking views and the warm hospitality made our stay an absolute dream. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the opportunity to experience such a place. De Woning is ruim en recentelijk gerenoveerd, het is schoon en het ziet er goed uit. De woning is op de eerste verdieping omdat er een schuur onder zit (dus geen andere woning zoals ik eerst dacht) Je hebt de hele woning en het terrein voor jezelf. De tuin is groot en er is veel te doen voor kinderen. Het zwembad is zeker groot genoeg om lekker in af te koelen of een baantje te trekken. Morgens en avonds komen Letizia en haar moeder de dieren eten geven. Het zijn super lieve mensen die direct voor je klaar staan. Er zijn op die momenten dus wel andere mensen op het terrein. Al met al een dikke aanrader. Helemaal met kinderen!
