Civitella in Val di Chiana : location de maisons de vacances

C'était un 2è séjour à la hauteur du premier. La maison a du charme, du caractère et du confort. La terrasse et le jardin sont des lieux magnifiques entourés d'arbres et de fleurs et offrent une vue extraordinaire. La région permet de faire diverses visites, en commençant par Cortone avec ses rues et ses places, ses églises et ses musées valent plusieurs visites. L'accueil d'Irene et de ses parents, Fiorella et Luciano, est des plus amicaux.

Cortona è incantevole, un luogo molto suggestivo e unico e l'appartamento di Simone è perfettamente inserito in questo contesto. Tutta la struttura, gli arredi e i dettagli sono in perfetta armonia con la città, la sua storia e tradizioni. La casa è davvero bella, accogliente e molto funzionale, con uno splendido terrazzo che si affaccia sugli antichi palazzi di Cortona. In casa non manca davvero nulla. Simone poi è super disponibile, simpatico, alla mano. Pronto a dare suggerimenti, consigli e aiuto di ogni genere. Ci siamo trovate veramente bene. Esperienza da ripetere!

Nous avons séjourné chez Alba, dans un cadre idyllique, avec un paysage à couper le souffle et dans un calme religieux. Alba s’est montrée très accueillante, à l’écoute, nous a donné toutes les informations qui nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est parfaitement agencé et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le mobilier ainsi que la batterie de cuisine et d’excellente manufacture. L’appartement se situe à 15 minutes de la gare en voiture, et nous avons pu nous rendre à Florence en 40 minutes. Nous conseillons vivement la certaldina, car si vous avez besoin de repos, de tranquillité et de calme, vous vous sentirez chez vous. Une piscine est à disposition, Alba, vous attribue deux transats ainsi qu’une petite table à votre arrivée à fin de pouvoir profiter pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Nous conseillons vivement cet appartement, et nous serons très heureux d’y retourner.

Daniele and Simone’s place in Tuscany is beautiful. It is such a peaceful and pretty setting with amazing views particularly from the lovely terrace. Our cottage was perfect for our family of four. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. We explored some of the villages nearby as well as wineries and restaurants recommended by Simona which were excellent. We would love to have stayed another night.

La casa di Fiammetta ed Emilio è risultata perfetta per le nostre esigenze: molto pulita ed ordinata. Qui si può trovare tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno. Gli Host sono stati molto gentili e disponibili sin da subito. Estremamente consigliato!

Arnaldo's home was wonderful!!! It was perfect for three couples. With private entrances to each apartment, we could all have our privacy but also gather together in the larger downstairs apartment or around the pool. Lorenza was very responsive, even though she was in Portugal when we arrived. She made sure her father and mother were there to show us around and even opened the gate remotely for our friends who arrived a day later than us so we could begin exploring the area and didn't have to be there when they arrived. The villa is beautiful and was exactly as described. We LOVED our time there--a perfect place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

We loved everything about this house. A very special place that felt like a home. It has a lot of character, and for us it was also very functional. Cooking in the kitchen and working with the beautiful view out the windows were highlights!

We loved staying at Alessandro’s The accommodation was lovely and clean, great location to explore Greve and the surrounding wineries. Alessandro’s restaurant on the corner was great. Food was amazing and staff were warm and welcoming. Would recommend!

Conforme alla descrizione e alle foto. L’appartamento è ristrutturato molto bene, arredato in modo semplice, con buon gusto, confortevole e in posizione fantastica con spazio esterno esclusivo (accessoriato con mobilio di qualità) a bordo piscina e apprezzato anche dai nostri due cani. Complimenti anche per la presenza della lavastoviglie (comprese le tabs), del barbecue Weber in dotazione e di una dispensa con l’essenziale (caffè, sale, zucchero, olio, aceto), in altri posti non sempre prevista. La lavatrice (con detersivo incluso) è condivisa in un locale lavanderia esterno. Un apprezzamento anche per il personale che manutiene gli spazi esterni, la piscina e si occupa delle pulizie. Persone disponibili, cordiali e sempre sorridenti. Unico suggerimento a questa bellissima location è l’aggiunta di un punto luce per usufruire dello spazio esterno anche in notturna. Grazie a Thomas, Colleen e il loro staff per l’ospitalità e la disponibilità. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.

Beautiful accomodation and very clean. Loved that we could walk into town for essentials and to eat and drink. Pool and outside area is stunning . Dani helped when we needed coal and was on hand for help. The accomodation has absolutely everything you need in the kitchen as well as hair dryer, towels for bathing and pool, extra pillows and blankets . We would absolutely recommend.

As someone who has been in many Airbnb I can confirm that the place is truly one in a million. In terms of quality, cleanliness, location, responsive host (replies in a ridiculously few minutes each time) and provide solutions to any problems that may arise. I will definitely be back again! 10000% recommended :)

Host sempre presente e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi necessità, casetta accogliente, pulita, non manca nulla, la cucina è super accessoriata,compresa di lavastoviglie. Bel giardino recintato per chi vuole viaggiare con il proprio cane. Lo consiglio !!

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful home. Everything in the home was lovely and we wish we could have stayed longer. We met with Elisa and she shared some local recommendations for us which we greatly appreciated. She also left us a lovely bottle of wine which was very thoughtful. Although Panicale is small, we felt right at home immediately. We loved that you could walk to two little cafes and several amazing restaurants. We enjoyed two wonderful meals in Panicale and our morning coffee and pastry at one of the small cafes. We loved this location and explored several other small Italian villages which were close by. We enjoyed talking to some of the locals and learning more about this charming town. Our stay at Elisa's was very nice and we had everything we needed. We hope to come back.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Toskana – der Ausblick war einfach traumhaft schön! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Check-in verlief absolut unkompliziert. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist dieses Airbnb bestens geeignet – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft: Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar hauseigenen Wein – eine wirklich schöne Geste! Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge, ein Auto ist zwingend nötig, um die Umgebung flexibel erkunden zu können. Ein kleines Manko war die etwas hellhörige Bauweise (Stimmen und Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung). Nachts war es allerdings immer ruhig. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber keineswegs getrübt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Io la mia compagna e i nostri due cani abbiamo pernottato solo due giorni dal 31 dicembre al 2 gennaio nell "Appartamento verde"; L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito sotto ogni punto di vista ( cucina, bagno e camera) gli spazi ci sono tranquillamente per trascorrerci una lunga vacanza. Siamo della zona di firenze, e ritrovarsi in mezzo a tutto quel verde vicinissimi al centro e a tutti i servizi non ci sembrava vero. Tutto l'agriturismo é curatissimo e si può godere in relax il soggiorno, essendo molto tranquillo. Purtroppo soggiornando in inverno non abbiamo potuto godere della piscina esterna molto grande, ma si vede che é ben tenuta. Sicuramente ci torneremo per staccare dalla routine verso la stagione piu calda. Straconsigliato per chi vuole visitare firenze e dintorni e trascorrere una lunga vacanza.

We have a family of 4 and this apartment was the perfect size. Even 6 people would have been fine. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The check-in process and check-out and easy. They even helped us print tickets. I would highly recommend this apartment. Tom B.

Do yourself a favour and come and stay at Maddy's place! The pictures do not do it justice, it looks even more stunning and bigger than one could think. Maddy was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay (she went as far as buying a new mattress for our baby and dropping it off a few hours later). The beds are confortable, the linens freshly washed. The garden is just wonderful and the pool is just so inviting (we couldn't use it due to cold weather and boy was it torture). Not only the house is beautiful and has absolutely everything one could need, it's also extremely well located: in a quiet place but so close to Florence and smaller villages. Arriving from Pisa was also very convenient, driving mostly on the highway. We can only hope to come back next year, as this was by far the best accommodation we've stayed at in Tuscany! Great location, in a local area and very easy to get around. Great restaurants and gelato right around the corner. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. Would stay here again.

Violetta ist eine äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Nach der herzllichen Begrüssung haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir waren das erste Mal in der Toskana und die Wohnung mit ihrer ruhigen Lage etwas oberhalb von Florenz in mitten der Oliven Gärten war toll Dazu kam der wunderbare Blick auf Florenz. Grandios und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen.
