Civitella Paganico : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!

Gli host sono stati impeccabili e reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo tra amici. Abbiamo trovato alcuni insetti ma gli host sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto avere uno spray insetticida.

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

Perfect house with a great Whirlpool including a nice view! Very nice Beds and great equipment overall. Gianni is a perfect host, very friendly and discrete. Totally revommend to explore Tuscany from here!

Comfortable house in the Tuscan countryside. Beautiful views, and easy to manage day trips to surrounding areas. Nada was great at communicating and had many recommendations. Her daughter coming for a cooking class was a fun afternoon activity.

The house was warm intimate -lovely - very thoughtful - we felt very comfortable. - and the grounds and larger environs were beautiful

We had an incredible stay at this comfortable villa in Montepulciano! We had quite an unusual experience in that our rental car broke down and we have to navigate getting roadside assistance to help repair, then later tow the vehicle. As unnerving as that could have been, they assisted us and stayed with us until all was resolved. This spoke volumes to me as to what good people they are Beyond their helpfulness, the views from the terrace were great for unwinding at the end of the day. The villa was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen was well-equipped, perfect for cooking some local Italian cuisine at home. The homemade cake that was waiting on us was a special touch that was beyond appreciated. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Montepulciano’s historic center and nearby attractions, yet peaceful and serene. Self check-in was seamless, and Pier Luigi was exceptionally easy to work

Alex, u show such hospitality to our family!! We love how well u maintained the place. The view from our hotel brings smile to my face every morning! It’s spectacular. I’ll definitely come back! Hope the price is reasonable the next time 🥰

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Excellent amenities. Beautiful surroundings with olive and lemon trees. Cute little village nearby with an excellent restaurant. The host was very responsive. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but that might be more us than the directions. You definitely need a rental car Thank you for an amazing stay

We were 4 couples. Plenty of space to hang out together and cook together. Deb was super responsive and helped us to organize a cooking class. Highly recommend!

This home is breath taking. The most beautiful home i’ve stayed in. Everything was very well thought out. The road up is bumpy so I suggest a bigger car or 4 wheel drive- but besides that everything was amazing! The host was lovely and we organized for the chef to come and cook and it was delicious! I would definitely come back to this beautiful place again and recommend it to everyone!

Amazing experience. The location is perfect and the view from the rooms made for such a perfect way to wake up. The space is perfect for a big group with ample linens and a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely book again.
