There are not enough words to accurately describe how incredibly beautiful this property is.. the owner dropped by to make sure everything was ok, this is a do not miss opportunity when going to Scotland. For larger or smaller groups he has it setup to where you can rent one of the cottages or two. Our party of 14 had plenty of room! The children loved the game room, the adults loved the mountain range and the beautiful landscapes. I think I left a little bit of my heart there.. I really am in hopes of returning to this amazing country side home. So a big thank you, to Johnny for a wonderful holiday!

Johnny was a great host! Helpful and responsive whenever we had questions and came to greet us/show us around the first evening. There were plenty of clean linens for bathing and kitchen use, the kitchen was well stocked to make whatever meals you might desire. Plenty of space for our party of 8, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at your place! Our whole family, both the adults and the children, were really happy to be there. The house was clean, the surroundings were lovely, and everything was just as we hoped it would be. We truly enjoyed our time and appreciate the place

Our family had a truly delightful stay over the festive period. The accommodation was clean and well designed, with a layout that balanced communal and private spaces. Maravillosa vivienda, amplia, fácil aparcamiento, todo muy limpio. Nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café de cortesía. Sugeriría como aspecto a mejorar que, viviendo los propietarios en la siguiente casa, nos hubieran comunicado esto al principio, ya que nos enteramos de casualidad al salir. Saber que los dueños están tan cerca nos hace sentir tranquilos ante cualquier percance, recomendaciones locales etc etc

Great place to stay. Handy to town and train station. Great having Asda so close. Appreciated the Christmas decorations to make it more homely. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 14 years)

David's place has had some new renovations and looks amazing! The flat looks just as lovely as in the photos. David really does go completely above and beyond for his guests. The location is also brilliant if you are traveling the area. Really close to the Wallace Monument and Stirling Castle. Parking is also really convenient for the flat. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

This was my 2nd stay here and loved it again flat is as described was warm and clean when arrived has everything your need for a home from home feel. hosts are friendly and responsive will definitely be booking again in the near future

We had a great stay at Angie's place. Everything was just what we needed. Helpful, friendly advice made it everything easy. Super views and a perfect location for exploring the area plus close to bus/train connections.

If your after a quite place by the beach in beautiful surroundings then look no further. The Bolthole has everything we wanted and the owner is the perfect host. It’s spotlessly clean, all the essentials are provided, and it’s great location make it easy for excursions to Edinburgh and the Highlands. We can’t recommend this place enough and will without a doubt be returning ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best places we've stayed. very spacious for our 3 children and us. Very large bedrooms. Travel cot, high chair and toys provided. Washer and dryer. Pretty much anything we needed was there. Very well thought out. Lovely decor. Patio area with BBQ. Comfy beds, great showers and bath. Good towels. Walkable to Stirling castle. Quiet area. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a lovely time.

Great place to stay - Spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Very easy walk to the railway station (trains direct to Edinburgh) and maybe 5 minutes longer into the centre of Edinburgh. Would stay again.

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

It was a wonderful place to stay with great scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere . The hosts Alexandra and David were such great people which made the stay even more pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly as advertised. Spacious and beautiful. Perfect for two families. Check in was easy and Jacki was very responsive.

The place is amazing! So warm for such a big space because downstairs was all under floor heating, very modern with a lovely rustic feel. Spotless, lovely and clean. The beds were MASSIVE and so comfortable, the showers were brilliant. One of the nicest places I have stayed in, definitely worth the price.

Fantastic property in the heart of Crieff just a few minutes walk to town centre. The property itself was excellent, the attention to detail was fantastic, little notes and helpful signs around the home which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The bathrooms were lovely and clean with good showers. The garden area was great too, particularly as it was nice weather when we were there. We ate in a few nice restaurants in town and were not disappointed. Overall a great break in a fantastic property in a lovely location……would highly recommend,

Just returned from a great family holiday at Avondhu. Everyone loved it, from the youngest to the eldest. The house was perfect for us, especially as my husband is disabled. The ground floor room was excellent with a wet room bathroom opposite. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the artwork and ornaments around the house. The host Humza was great at responding quickly to any questions I had. Thank you Humza for letting us enjoy your lovely house.
