My family and I had a wonderful stay in this cottage for my 50th birthday. It was one of the most unique places we’ve ever been (and we’ve travelled a lot); it was in the perfect location to see the water, take lovely walks, and soak in the tub. It was clean, comfortable, had lots of space, and there were so many fun games for the children to play (ours are all tweens/teens and they weren’t a single bit bored). The back garden is a little sun trap, perfect for afternoon teas. Highly recommend booking this house! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s property. Perfect location for walking into the town and access to beautiful walks. The secluded garden was ideal as we had our dog with us. The house itself was lovely and clean with lots of lovely little extras that you might forget to pack. The traffic on a morning is quite busy but we wake early so it was not a problem for us. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Jo’s house to celebrate our daughter Emma’s 30th birthday. The 9 of us enjoyed a perfect family get together in a part of the country non of us were very familiar with but now love! I wanted beautiful surroundings and this house massively deliverers, we were all on a high for the whole weekend! The house, painted a beautiful Suffolk red, has the most lovely atmosphere. It is furnished extremely nicely with pictures, paintings and plenty of interesting books. The gardens, with beautiful box and topiary yew are superb and larger than I had imagined. As with inside the house there are different, almost secret areas, to enjoy on your own or with others. Our son and his American girlfriend played badminton.The huge swathers of daffodils were at their absolute peak and we loved the views of the estuary and enjoyed fantastic walks from the house in gloriously sunny weather. If you like birds in this peaceful area, there were many varieties including a tawny owl at night!

This is the second time that we have stayed at Sarah's place. She is a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome, especially over the Christmas break. It has a wonderful homey feel, and you cannot beat the location and its convenience to everything around. Lovely stay!

Had a fantastic stay. Location was perfect. House had everything we needed with loads of extras. The kids really appreciated the toys and books in particular. We’ll definitely look to stay again next time we’re visiting

I had a fantastic stay at this charming house! It was warm, cozy, and the perfect place to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The location is breathtaking, with beautiful views of the green, and i loved the peaceful walks with my dog. Plus, there are some lovely pubs just a short walk away. Highly recommend this property

Perfectly placed for football ground. Short walk into town centre. Had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Tony was helpful and good communicator. Would definitely stay at Tony's place again when next in Ipswich. Thank you Tony

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Had a lovely few days at the Crows nest, would highly recommend, the location was great for restaurants and shops. We couldn’t fault the apartment it had every thing we needed, very comfortable would definitely like to return

Henry's flat on Seckford is truly special—a historic gem with spacious rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors, and abundant natural light that creates a wonderfully airy atmosphere. Its central location is perfect: just minutes from pubs, shops, and the vibrant heart of Woodbridge, yet it remains tranquil, offering restful views over the River Deben. Henry himself was a warm and responsive host, always quick to reply and ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. This stay was exactly what I needed, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, characterful space in Woodbridge.

Julia’s place is a lovely find, so nice and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The apartment was plenty big enough for 4 of us using the sofa bed. Nice and clean with a well equipped kitchen. Julia was great at communicating all throughout and was very accommodating when we had to change dates. We will definitely be back again when we next visit family in the area.

Michelle was super helpful and so was the receptionist. Lovely little getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.
