The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

Extremely helpful in all aspects of the trip. Condo exceeded our expectations. The location, Norris Lake was incredible and super relaxing. I would love to retire in such a place. We all agreed we’d stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to host a family or small corporate gathering in peaceful surroundings, this is it: Main (lowest level) floor has smaller kitchen, but 3 bedrooms. Two large dining tables (each seating 10) are on two separate floors. This makes for good meeting space. Two large common/living areas (each with a TV) on the same two floors. Two bedrooms on third floor. Ping-pong table is in large screened-in room attached to the house with a sturdy, wide board walk. Pool table is on second floor near the larger kitchen (3 ovens) We also used supplied kayaks on Lake Norris. Large fire pit in backyard. They provided one package of laundry detergent for our two-night stay with 14 people—you must wash any used towels before you leave, which is fine and expected, we just didn’t bring detergent because usually Air BnB homes supply enough. (Vacasa responds quickly, so had we noticed, they may have supplied more) Grocery and retail 10-15 mins.

Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed this home. The description and pictures were accurate. We had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The dock area was nice and had a very swimmable cove. While the property is lakefront, the road runs through it. It was never busy and did not pose any problems for us. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future stays.

This is our second stay at the lake house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations (again). Last year we had all sunny weather, but this year we had a little rain during the weekend which actually allowed us to take even better advantage of the house. From watching the rain from the peaceful back porch to the many board games inside, we had plenty to do. The location is private (we saw 2 people walk down the road one time) and the access to the lake cannot be beat. Katie is easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had the pleasure to work with - very proactive in communication and responsive to any questions. I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, this house is an absolute gem.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. They had a nice fire pit and even included firewood. Also the kitchen was stocked with seasonings and instant pot which was a nice touch as most airbnbs only have bare minimum. We would definitely come back again.

Lovely stay on the lake for our extended family Christmas celebration. Property was as described and had plenty of room.

The perfect place for a big family get together!

We booked this place for our family to stay in while we celebrated Thanksgiving with our local relatives. Although it was winter we still enjoyed the lake views and some beautiful sunrises with hot cocoa and coffee on the porch. Beautiful views and it felt very private. The house is off the main roads so my recommendation for anyone going would be to stop at the Food Lion right before you turn onto the road that leads to the house so you can stock up on groceries and snacks without having to drive back down the mountain. The house was very well stocked with the essentials; towels, hand soap, dish soap and sponges, there was coffee and cocoa and lots of cooking spices. The beds were so comfortable! We slept in everyday and felt so safe and comfortable there. This place was so clean and simple instructions for check in and check out. The host was pro-active and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely come back for the summer to experience the lake next time. Thank you!!!

Fantastic stay! This place is beautiful, spacious and well-equipped. We had plans in the Knoxville area and selected this location to be away from the downtown area, but close enough to easily run to and from the city as well as a day trip to Pigeon Forge. All areas of the unit were clean and comfortable. It didn’t affect us, but if traveling with anyone who has issues managing stairs, this would not be a great spot. There are 15-20 stairs going up from the garage to the main living area, and at least the same number of stairs from the main level to all bedrooms. The stairs are wide and have railing, just something to be mindful of. Overall, very comfortable accommodations and would love to stay again in the spring/summer.

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

We enjoyed our stay in Bean Station. Cliff was very helpful and always available when we needed something. Would definitely come back❤️

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

We loved our stay! The view is absolutely amazing! Cliff was very great with communication prior to our arrival and upon our departure. Very spacious and comfortable condo! It was a very relaxing stay, I would definitely stay here again.

We did a family vacation with 6 adults and 2 children (2 and 4). The Condo was really nice and fit our family's needs. Beautiful location and views, the decks were great to sit and relax on. The screened-in porch came in really handy at night time to sit and chat or play games. The kids enjoyed going to the pool before and after boating. The condo had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this place to everyone. Pictures don't do it justice.

Thank you so much for a great day at your condo Norris lake. we had some great family time with our adult children, and especially loved the private dock as we were able to rent a pontoon boat for two days and even voted over to a marina for dinner one evening. We would definitely stay there again.
