We just stayed for one night but everything went really well. Easy to check in and really clean. Such a kind host, we had an amazing stay!

It was good place close with the beach and good cleaned. But we expected we could see the beach from our room, but we couldn't see at all. From our entrance what you can see is garage. From window you can see beach slightly when you get really close to the window. So if there is any people who come to this place expecting to view the beach from your place, I think here is not the place. But except for that for one night it was ok. And I don't recommend this place with kids that much as you can hear noise from next room.

Very comfortable stay, thank you. We appreciated the shared laundry facility, and the fridge in the room. Lovely bed and linens. Would stay again if we came to Kaikoura.

Spectacular value for $200 a night - if you expect the ritz Carlton for that price then you need help. Jain was able to fit us in at super late notice and was really keen to help make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Comfy bed and chairs with all the amenities needed in the kitchen and bedroom area. Only stayed a night but the accommodation would be a good base as it had everything we needed.

Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Ruhig, 2 Minuten zum Beach, 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu den Restaurants. Poppy war sehr freundlich. Wir würden dort wieder wohnen.

Very accomodating host and the apartment was as described in photographs and information. Host was able to provide a shower stool and ramp into the unit which is great for those with limited mobility.

We really enjoyed our two day break at Poppy's place. Very close to the waterfront and loved watching the sunrises in the morning. Easy 10 min walk to the restaurants and shops. The apartment was well equipped with comfy beds and clean utensils.

Bridget's place is close to Blenheim, yet in an area that is far enough away from the city that the stars can be seen at night. The morning views are also beautiful. The Airbnb unit was decorated with antique furnishings and beautiful artwork, it looked recently renovated. The washing and drying options were helpful. Bridget was a great resource for our questions and needs.

Great place to stay for few days.

Our stay was amazing! Location was perfect, the place was clean, and Lyn was so hospitable. And bonus: we got to meet her sweet pup, Manuka. ☺️ We will need to make another trip to Kaikōura and when we do, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

The accommodations were just as described and comfortable. Centrally located and within walking distance of city center. Washer and dryer do require change, and they are single units, so plan accordingly.

Easy to find and lots of birds!

It's an amazing place to stay! Well located, tidy and clean. All the amenities are so useful. I strongly recommend.

Really spacious and comfortable motel accommodation. Well equipped and very friendly and helpful management on site. Can highly recommend a dolphin encounter cruise. Absolutely amazing!

This airbnb is like a motel. ours had 2 good sized bedrooms and there was plenty of room inside for the three of us. All facilities were good. Shower was good. Kitchen utensils if you want to cook. It was clean and had everything we needed. The lady on the desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived
