We were four women on a break away. Tony’s house was perfect for us. It was spacious and we each had a bedroom. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The views were stunning and we were very happy and comfortable. Tony was very easy to communicate with and his instructions were clear. I would recommend this lovely home to anyone.

Beautiful views and very convenient being across the street from the ocean. Our kids loved being steps away from the beach. Beds were comfy. heaters were nice on chilly, rainy days. We would definitely come back!

What a great location & view! The beach cottage was cozy& Gail is very friendly & responsive😀 walkable to a really neat trail too.

Lovely accommadation, great location very close to walking and mountain bike tracks and close to township. Would love to come back in Winter to try out the fireplace.

This was a beautiful place to stay in. So well designed and felt spacious although it was compact. Outside bath was a nice touch. The outside kitchen was great and even though the weather was not good, you could put a blind down to keep it dry. The cabin was immaculate the bed comfortable and the bathroom perfect. Beautiful views across the bay. Would recommend anybody to stay there while in the area. Communications with Penny and Seth were easy and precise. Thank you both so much.

Nikki & Nigel's home is the perfect home while staying in Kaikoura! The home is beautifully decorated with lots of fun art and furniture. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is very easy to feel "right at home". Walking to the beach is easy from home. I wish we had more days to stay there!

A lovely spacious private cottage separate and at the back of the main house. The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped with all the basics. We appreciated the use of the Weber too. Very comfortable bed. It is minutes away from Kaikoura so it is easy to access groceries, dining out and coastal walks.

It was a great experience staying here, serene and peaceful. We even got to see the chicken LS sleeping on the trees! You can park the car carefully in front of the main door, and is very accessible. Nice walk around the gardens and around the surrounding place. The rooms are equipped, cozy and the kitchen is nice and spacious with all the necessary cutlery and crockery. The only small thing to aware of is to close the windows and to keep the lights off to avoid the bugs flying in.
