Easily the best airbnb I’ve stayed in! So perfect for larger families / friends. Bella was incredibly responsive. The place has been designed amazingly!

Amazing Stay!!! Easy Check-In / Easy Check-Out. Place was Practical for Our Family. Close to Everything - Local and Coastal. My 2 Dogs Loved the Back Yard. We feel like we should have stayed for Longer - 5 days was clearly not enough, as the Place was very fitting for Us....the Lake, the Beaches, the Golf Course. We loved that there were Plants in every Room of the Home. We Loved the Sun-Room, the dogs were happy to make the most of the room in the evenings. And My Little Toddler loved her Bedroom Space. Thank You for having Us. We hope next time we go to Ballina we can be in consideration for this Place Longer, as it really was The Best in Terms of Value and Locality.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Clarence Farm for a night and it was such a wonderful experience! Such lovely, welcoming hosts and beautiful animals!! 10/10 would recommend!

We had such a fantastic stay in Brooms Head. Martin the host was great, happy to help and communication was excellent throughout our stay. The house is perfectly located to everything in town, short walk to the beach, shop and bowls club. The house is spacious and the wrap around balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise with a morning coffee out the front and the evening sunset with a wine out the back. The house has everything you could need for a great break away, the kitchen is well stocked and the extra fridge downstairs is very handy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy and spacious. We had such a relaxing time and would definitely recommend this airbnb.

The pictures fall short of capturing how lovely this experience is.... and the breezes off the ocean are delicious. l saw some comments about the upstairs bed, I found it deeply comfortable and I loved having that room. There is a lot of thoughtfulness in the amenities and the kitchen is GREAT for cooking. It's all so peaceful too, really deep sleeps. And location is divine for everything in the area.

Beautiful stay in Suffolk Park. Lisa's communication was excellent and very informative. The house was really lovely - great place for 2 families. Easy walking distance to the beach, coffee and shops. We really enjoyed our holiday and the fantastic location.

We had a great stay, the property was as advertised. The yard was fully fenced which was great for our dog. The house was well laid out for its size and the kitchen had everything we needed as far as appliances and kitchenware. the only thing that would have been nice would be AC in the bedrooms.

Always lovely to get away from it all in a quiet little town. The beach nearby and great old school family beach house. Reading in the garden shade or walking along the river the world of the nine to five definitely feels a long way away.

We had a lovely stay at Paul’s. We had an initial warm welcome and helpful instructions on Yamba. Had a lovely pool and outside area. Kitchen was a bit limited and tight for space, especially the small fridge/freezer, so had to use the one in the outside area which was spacious and fine. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

Jen's place is very spacious, peaceful and relaxing. It is in a very quite semi rural area, not too far from South Grafton. The gardens are attractive and quite relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the supplied continental breakfast tasty and filling. All in all a very nice place to stay. I will certainly stay again when I am in the Grafton area.

We had a great long weekend stay at Jennifer’s place. Comfy beds & plenty of internal space for our family. An excellent deck and pool area for us all to enjoy. Well fenced grassed areas enjoyed by our dog too. Handy location for exploring Ballina, Byron Bay and surrounds. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday and we hope to stay again soon!

We had such a fabulous stay! Jane was a wonderful host and the house was perfectly situated walking distance to town and exactly as pictured. Our beds were all very comfortable with soft linen and the air conditioner worked super well on those warm evenings. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Byron.

Lois place was perfect for me and my friends doing a weekend away. Right next to the beach and tree house restaurant. Felt at home, had everything you needed. the location is not in the centre so car may be needed.we had car with us which helped but it is only half hour walk into the city. Lois was very flexible with check in times. would highly recommend and would stay again

Our stay in Ballina was wonderful. The appartement was next to the river where the océan was very calm. Perfect for our little one to discover the beach for the first time 🌟 Katie was reactive and helpfull from beginning to end.

Brilliant, unique and relaxed place to stay - would highly recommend for anyone looking to get away from the city!

Hilary and Ian were attentive and hospitable hosts, going above and beyond to help make our stay fantastic! Even though we didn't get the best weather, the villa made for a perfect haven! It is beautifully cared for and offers a peaceful and lush respite with all the amenities one could ask for! We would definitely highly recommend their place!

From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. The stay was tranquil with everything all set up to just walk in and feel comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a pasos del centro de Byron Bay y de la playa. Permite olvidarse del auto y disfrutar de este hermoso lugar. La casa es cómoda y pese a estar adosada tiene mucha privacidad y espacios comunes muy amplios (living , cocina y terrazas). Definitivamente volvería a alojarme en este lugar.

We stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling down the coast. The property had everything we needed and more! We were most grateful for the washing machine after being on the road for a week before getting to Byron! Thank you! Tracey & Ady

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

What a fabulous little bungalow! We were greeted with some special local treats and a bottle of wine and the air conditioning on, which was a the icing on the cake after a 3 hour drive in terrible traffic. Our only gripe would be that the listing said "direct access to the beach". Although this is true, via walking through the estate, it was not direct from the bungalow which was our expectation. Don't get us wrong, the walk is still short and tranquil. The bungalow is great, quiet and peaceful. It was nice to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing at night. Brough back great childhood memories. 100% worth a stay.

Sally's place is very comfortable and clean with a super relaxed vibe. The accommodation is well placed for visiting Lennox Head and the surrounding area. Sally is great with communication and is happy to help if you need. Hope to return to the lovely beaches of this area.
