We had a great time. Nice and peaceful location. (We were there in mid-February. ) Really enjoyed the space and home.

Sarah‘s place was very clean and comfortable and in such a beautiful and peaceful location. She left lots of great suggestions about food and other things to do. Our visit also included visiting the bourbon Trail, and it was very centrally located for that.

This is a great place to stay, peaceful and quiet! Pool, hot tub, and bar came in handy when relaxing The margarita maker was clutch lol Dustin is always responsive when needed!

This house as super cozy, located in a secluded neighborhood, with an amazing back porch looking out over the river. Anna is very responsive and kind, we had a wonderful stay.

This home is a great option when staying in the Hanover/Madison area. The view is unmatched by anything else in the area. Many comfortable places to sit for relaxing and dining.

This spot was incredible for our book club’s Reading Retreat!! Some highlights for our group were the hot tub & sauna, very comfy beds, and great spots for reading. We had plenty of space for our group of 13 to stretch out and relax. We would definitely consider staying in this space again, and are so thankful for the generous accommodations!

Good place to stay. Easily accessible hot tub. Extremely close to Hardy Lake. Beautiful lake view from windows & hot tub. Well worth a stay for a weekend get away.

Great place! Here are bullet points that make it easy to digest vs reading paragraphs! *Great for reunions. Plenty of space for everyone. *A lot of beds to choose from *No Bathroom downstairs. Totally doable if everyone is open to sharing bathrooms upstairs. :-) *Location is nice for the Bourbon Trail. Centrally located. *Very quite and private. Not on top of neighbors *House is at the end of the road so it allows for 3 cars and plenty of room for outdoor games. *Blackstone off the kitchen. Grill out front. All worked great *Hot tub on lower floor. *Old School Arcade Game downstairs. *Nice table outside for dining / hanging out or playing cards *A lot of extra towels provided. Perfect for those extended stays *CLIFF was flexible and easy to get a hold of and work with. Great job bud!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jared’s cottage! Everything was exactly as it was advertised. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect get away for a few days and we made the right decision to stay at Jared’s place. I would highly recommend to anyone!

This is my second stay with Julia at their cottage. It’s a remarkable piece of property. I spent a weekend last summer there and couldn’t imagine it being more peaceful until spending a weekend there this winter with all the rolling hillsides covered in snow. Julia is very responsive and communicates very quickly and efficiently. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is really well appointed. There were boatloads of little extras this time including snacks, lotions, body wash and shower steamers. The coffee station is well stocked as well. It’s less than an hour from Louisville and the absolute perfect retreat for a weekend of quiet if you’re looking to unwind, read, make a meal or two and enjoy some solitude.

After the recent passing of my Mom, I needed a getaway to relax , unwind and clear my head . I wanted someplace cozy and private, surrounded by nature. I knew nothing of the area but was very pleased. So quite and relaxing. SUPER clean, very impressive, no details overlooked. While relaxing in the hot tub, you could hear an owl calling in the distance. Exactly what I needed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us.

This location was a must. Anyone visiting the Taylorville area needs to contact Meg and stay at Edgewater Resort. This place was 5 starts all the way. Meg was a great host. Can't wait to visit and stay again!
