This beautiful little home is the perfect home base for exploring Louisville and the surrounding area. It’s just across the river from downtown and within easy walking distance to the riverfront park on the Indiana side and the walking bridge over to Kentucky. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you, Noel!

The house was compact yet spacious. The bathrooms were of a good size. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the 2 baby pack ‘n plays we had. Plus the room darkening curtains in the master helped a lot.

19th century architecture meets modern day conveniences in this charming old house in New Albany. The proximity to the downtown area is ideal for a quick stroll to shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed hanging out together to play games in the evenings and drink coffee and chat in the mornings. The dining room was perfect for eating the meals cooked in the updated kitchen. If it had been a bit warmer, we would have spent more time on the inviting front porch, watching the trains and people go by. Just down the street is an old mansion turned into a museum that gives you an idea of the history of the oldest town in Indiana. Very interesting. Krisjans immediate responses to all our questions was very much appreciated.

This place was PERFECT! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was only 10 minutes away from family we came to see. It was very cozy and comfortable. My dog LOVED the backyard. Close to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Brittany’s place is one of those that feels immediately like home. It’s a gorgeous spot on the river with lots of space and comforts. We were a group of 6 and always had more than enough room - between beds, big kitchen for cooking family meals, an office space that was great for yoga, living room and tv room. Also loved the balcony and seating areas overlooking the water. 10 mins to downtown Louisville but with all the peace and quiet of a vacation getaway. And Brittany was so accommodating, responsive, and kind. We hope to be back for future visits!

Whit was a great host! His home felt warm and was filled with good energy. He welcomed our two giant dogs who loved the back yard and watching the birds and squirrels outside. The bed warmer was a major plus. Everything was wonderful would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing warm good vibe stay in Louisville! Thanks Whit!

Her place was the best option, we ended up finding our forever home there!! She was beyond easy to talk to and work with! We extended our stay so many times haha she is by far the best!

Host was very acomodable, detailed instructions, view was peaceful and amazing. The place looks 10 times better in person, would’ve loved to stay a bit longer. Host was very responsive and kind, also with a minor mishap of leaving something behind allowed us to come back inside to retrieve it with no issues. Will definitely book again.

We loved staying here. It was a very comfortable space and being in an old coffee shop was very fun! We enjoyed all the amenities- particularly having the electric kettle, burr grinder, scale, and provided coffee beans. There were fun games, books, and cocktail utensils. We enjoyed walking from the house to the local bakery (Leaven) and downtown.

The place is amazing. It is updated and the layout is very nice. The location is in the heart of New Albany and has a fun city vibe with the design of the brick and updated features. Ronnie is an excellent host who gets back to you quickly and takes care of you. I would recommend his place to anyone. He had everything you would need in the kitchen and everything was so nice!

We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, in a very safe and quiet location, and close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great little hide-a-way! Close to everything! We used Uber to get downtown. Highly recommend Biscuit Belly just a very short drive. There is a Kroger right down the street. This is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the back patio as the weekend was warm. Karen and Doug are great host and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. TV was great! I know that sounds silly but it was March Madness and the Sweet Sixteen! Thank you Karen and Doug!

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

Great townhome in the heart of the Louisville action! Great Irish pubs within feet of the home, and even better coffee options. We really appreciated how easy it was to get checked in, and we would rent from this host again.

Katie's condo was perfect for our annual trip to KY. The space was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. Katie was very friendly and gave us great local recommendations. I will certainly look to stay with Katie again next year.
