Beautiful home, just like the pictures. Would recommend staying here!

The home was super cozy and worked for our group of five. We enjoyed the space and even had a chance to hang out in the serene backyard and jacuzzi. Shannon was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely rent the home again in the future.

About 10mins away from the strip, this is an excellent stay for family and friends! Our favorite part was the backyard activities :) Thank you, would 100% recommend and book again!

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

The house and pool house was really clean. Alot of room to hang out and not fill bunched up. Pool table was a great hit and had a lot of fun playing pool. Would definitely recommend the house. We would book it again.

Very nice home in a nice neighborhood. Very clean house as well.

The host was great. Always responded. The house was clean and as pictured plus more. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms had travel tooth brushes with toothpaste like a hotel. Plenty of towels. And a big thing for me was the bedding. It wasn’t those sheets that are hot and stick to you that most air BNB are using from walmart. Plenty of parking. Plenty try of space. The clean up instructions were simple and not over complicated will love to stay here again.

Everything was excellent!! I highly recommend it to anyone!!!! Everything was as described.

Convenient and easy location, easy to find and wonderful room with a really nice balcony view. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

Great place! Location made it easy to get around, nice option if you are looking for a place to stay off the strip.

We have stayed at this location before and enjoy how kid-friendly it is. They have regular free activities (ice cream social, karaoke, bingo, etc.) a complimentary happy hour, game room, ping pong tables, pools, and more. The “suite” is small, but functional. Since it’s maintained by Wyndham Club Grand Desert, checkin was a breeze and the facility is very responsive to needs during your stay. They do always try to get you to become a member and go through their presentation, but you can easily thwart it by saying you’ve already done one sometime in the past 2 years. Or, enjoy the tour and the free incentives offered. When you check-in, there is a $200+ deposit that needs to be placed on a CC until checkout for incidentals. Checkout procedure was a little less clear, however. We ended up treating it like any hotel checkout, basically just leaving. After our first night, the cannabis smell was STRONG. It was coming through the walls or vents somewhere. But not an owner issue.

Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist für zwei Personen perfekt, sehr geräumiges Bad und die Küche bietet alles was benötigt wird. Das Bed ist groß und sehr bequem . Karen und Mark sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great place to stay. Our cottage was nice and clean and I felt secure and safe there. Loved the beach and the hot tub. Host was very friendly and helpful anytime I called her. Can’t wait to go back.

Michelle is a wonderful host and I cannot say enough about her. The home is beautiful and you can tell it is well loved and a sanctuary for the family. I was very comfortable. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The water was hot and the water pressure was perfect. Michelle is super helpful and responsive and I could not have picked a more beautiful location to stay for our honeymoon and wedding. I will absolutely be back because I cannot get enough of sunrises on that front porch.
