Super easy check in and check out process. Spacious and comfortable. J was a great host and very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Valeriy was very responsive to questions. Home was just as described. Loved the pool table and arcade game. Kitchen had everything we needed. Home was very clean. Great experience.

what's more could we have asked for? the location was great, only minutes from a grocery store, and the palace station, which was a great place to get our feet wet gambling. The strip was only minutes away as well. We also did some tourist stuff and found the location convenient for that too. The layout of the house gave us all privacy when needed but offered great gathering spaces. the pool table was level, the hot tub was hot and the heated pool was my favorite part. When I come back to Vegas with a group, this will be the spot I hope to get.

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

John’s place is close to the Strip. His home is clean and has the essentials you may need for your stay. Great stay overall!

Nice, clean house, 15 or 20 minutes from the street, depending on traffic. We were a group of 9 and we fit in well. They welcomed us with some snacks and water. It was a nice gesture.

This house was absolutely beautiful and had more than enough space for all seven of us. It was perfectly located, just a quick 10-minute drive or a $12 Uber ride to both Fremont Street and the Strip, while still being in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Terry was incredibly responsive, and the home had a welcoming, comfortable feel that truly made it a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Neat and clean. Very nice! The location matched the photos in the listing. The location is convenient to everything. Fairly priced. Perfect size for one or two people . The hosts are great. I will definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Vegas again.

Once we got into our room, it was great. We had to wait over two hours because the room wasn’t clean when we tried to check in at 3:00. We contacted David and the next morning he responded and told us that he does not have control over that. We understood that it was not his fault. It would’ve been nice to hear back from him sooner. Aside from that it was a great day and we would book with David again.

Very enjoyable stay for 4+ people we all slept very comfortably. Pool access is fun. Right next to the strip! Would stay here again thank you!

I go to Las Vegas almost every year and this was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed. Tommy provided everything needed for a pleasant stay and was very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay there again.

Communication was great - very timely. The big TV in the living room was great and the beds were very comfortable. It was a good location for exploring Red Rock Canyon.

We have stayed at this location before and enjoy how kid-friendly it is. They have regular free activities (ice cream social, karaoke, bingo, etc.) a complimentary happy hour, game room, ping pong tables, pools, and more. The “suite” is small, but functional. Since it’s maintained by Wyndham Club Grand Desert, checkin was a breeze and the facility is very responsive to needs during your stay. They do always try to get you to become a member and go through their presentation, but you can easily thwart it by saying you’ve already done one sometime in the past 2 years. Or, enjoy the tour and the free incentives offered. When you check-in, there is a $200+ deposit that needs to be placed on a CC until checkout for incidentals. Checkout procedure was a little less clear, however. We ended up treating it like any hotel checkout, basically just leaving. After our first night, the cannabis smell was STRONG. It was coming through the walls or vents somewhere. But not an owner issue.

Sara was amazing!!!! Her communication was 10 star!! We had a problem with a TV connecting, she came over with help and fixed it within a few minutes.

LeAnn and Derek were incredibly welcoming and accommodating hosts, making sure my family felt right at home from the moment they arrived. Their home was not only spotless but also absolutely stunning, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. It was exactly as described, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Great location off the strip with 4 bedrooms. Easy Uber pickup and central location to all Vegas offers. We would stay here again

I HIGHLY recommend this home and host to anyone going to Las Vegas for a family trip, or with a large group. It has everything you need and more! We had a wonderful stay at Xiao’s Airbnb! The place was spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also conveniently close to the Strip, making it easy to get around. The check-in and checkout process was quite simple, which made our trip even more hassle-free. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to book again in the future!

Lilyana’s place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful, clean and just overall a lovely experience. We were in Bullhead City to visit family but our situation took a turn for the worse. Staying at such a beautiful place still made the trip worth it even under bad circumstances. Any other Airbnb we stay at will be tough to compete with Lilyana’s place. They set the bar pretty high! 100% recommend!
