Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience. The house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, about a 15-20 minute drive from the Las Vegas Strip. The property was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The rooms were cozy with comfortable bedding, and the living area was a great space to unwind after long conference sessions. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong- important for catching up on work and staying connected during the trip. One highlight was the outdoor area: the backyard was peaceful, with a small patio and seating area, perfect for early morning coffee or evening relaxation. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Only minor downside was that there were limited grocery and dining options within walking distance, so having a rental car or rideshare apps was necessary. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Kin's place was fantastic! I felt as if I was at home. Its surroundings are beautiful, and it is only a 10 min to get to the Spring Mountain Ranch State Park which has amazing single tracks for trail running! Now, to get to the strip is about a 15 min drive, which is fine. I also worked from there, and their wifi is high-speed! So I got done a lot of work as well. Kin and John are an adorable couple and were very helpful during my stay at their place. I'd stay there again next time I pass through Las Vegas, if possible!

We enjoyed staying here, the courts were awesome, beautiful sun, really good access to the strip if you are going to a show or shopping about 12-15 min. Things were as they marketed. We used the pool, ( BRRR_ but they said not heated) the pickleball courts, the kitchen. Busy area, awesome Smiths grocery honestly across the busy street. Thank you for hosting us, we would definitely come back

Perfect Location. Less than 10 minutes away from Las Vegas' main attractions. Very pretty and private location, it was perfect for the kids. Nir was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.
