Charrisa’s place was exactly how she had listed it. It was the perfect lil place for us to stay in while in Dayton for a convention. Not far from the convention center. Communication was great!

We enjoyed our time at Chris & Marie's place. The house was comfortable and clean. The beds and linens were nice and soft. Breakfast food in the fridge was a welcome surprise. We look forward to coming back next year for WGI at Dayton.

The place was spot on as described and met all expectations. Planning to book for the same time 2025!

We stayed atAlicia‘s place because the reviews indicated it would be clean, and that was very important to us. Very pleased with what we found. Carpets were clean, well swept. Also a lot of new tile (& clean) in very good condition. Off-street parking in the driveway was a plus! Washer and dryer were very convenient also. Thank you!

Griselda is the perfect host. Her description and pictures are spot on! The bed is extremely comfortable, which was a God send considering I have a slipped L5. The room is quite spacious. I had no issues walking around the room for a good 15 to 20 min to complete my daily step count. It was easy to find and in a safe neighborhood. The room is part of her home and therefore you may hear her family at times, however they abide by the quiet hours, as well. I point this out only because if you choose a hotel you are never guaranteed other guests respecting normal sleeping hours. If you are deciding between a hotel room or Griselda's place, 100% pick Griselda's place. I will be back in the area soon, and plan on staying again, if the room is available. Thank you, Griselda, for your hospitality. It made my week more enjoyable!

We had a great experience! The home was literally, to a T, exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed, was very comfy, as super close to friends we were visiting, which made it perfect for our trip. Would be very happy to stay there again.

Chris is an awesome host! Her place is just as described and once I checked in, the place felt very much like home. I stayed 6 days and 5 nights for the annual WGI event. Coming home late at night, her place provided the rest and comfort I needed. The area is nice and safe with my own parking spot. Chris has a an amazing garden as well where I enjoyed very much. Not to mention the snacks that she provides. If I could stay for another week at Chris’s place, I definitely would. Overall, great place and great host!

The location is great for easy access to popular tourist sites in the Dayton area. Despite being on a main highway, we did not find the overnight traffic disturbing. The neighborhood felt safe. It was a bonus to have garage space. The kitchen was as listed and had basic needs, but not much extra. Overall the house is as listed, with comfortable furniture. He was a helpful and responsive communicator.

Janine’s place was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. The location is perfect - super close to the highway and close enough to walk (though we chose to drive) to The Greene, a large outdoor shopping and dining complex. Bonus is you get covered attached parking with this apartment. I can’t say enough about Janine as a host. We rented a larger apartment from her in the same building last summer. It was booked for our dates but we knew she’s a great host and the building is in such a good location we tried the smaller apartment. We needed to contact her for a small issue and she responded immediately.

This location was further out than I anticipated. However it was nice and quiet. I will definitely use the host again

This was a perfect home away from home for my son completing a 2 month internship. Janice was extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful!

We had the most wonderful experience at Debbie’s place! She was so hospitable and made us feel totally at home. Bonus, we even stayed after checkout on their property to view the solar eclipse and Debbie and her husband came out and watched some of it with us. Such an amazing experience!

Lovely place to stay for a quick weekend visit to Dayton. Relaxing, quiet, clean, and cozy with proximity to many places- no detail missed when it comes to amenities either. Thank you and hope to be back again.
