Hospitable hosts, comfortable space, well decorated, and only a stones throw from downtown and the Little Miami Scenic Trail. I had a great time staying here!

Loved this peaceful farmhouse. Beautifully decorated interior with all amenities needed, comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillows and linens. We had more than enough room for 2 adults and 5 boys. The pack n play was nice to have for our 2 yr old so we didn't have to pack ours for once. The house is close to the road, but being in the country, there isn't a lot of traffic and we were never bothered by any passing vehicles. There is also a train track out back, but we never heard a train pass once in our 2 night stay. We had perfect wifi service as well. The location is a great middle ground for visiting Ohio Caverns to the North, and the USAF Museum to the South in Dayton, each about a 30min drive. Highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful country stay.

Awesome place. Doesn’t feel like a cold Airbnb, but a warm, fun eclectic house that matches the yellow spring fun.

My nephews and their families came in from Colorado. Omar’s place was perfect for them. We will definitely use his place again if needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no issues. The only odd thing was that the cleaner was running behind so when we arrived, we walked in to children in the living room and thought that our stay had been double booked for a moment. Turns out it was just the cleaner with her kids. We were ready to settle in so we told her to leave it as is so we could unpack. She was nearly finished so it was fine. No big deal and we had a comfortable stay. We had some questions throughout the stay and Kali was quick to get back with us. I'd stay here again.

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

We were in Dayton for an event. Troy was just a short drive and worth every minute! We were busy most of the time, but we were able to find a couple cute little local places. The candy store just a few block away was perfect! Also, tried the icecream shop. My teens were pretty happy which says a lot! The house was extremely clean, and in a safe area which put me at ease traveling as a parent with two kids. Plenty of space! It was more than we needed…great to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie at the end of the day. Washer and dryer were nice to have. Actually ended up being cheaper than a hotel for 2 nights. I don’t think we can go back to hotels after enjoying the luxury of a home away from home!!

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

This is a wonder spot to relax and unwind. It just off the beaten path, but close to great restaurants and activities. the quiet coupled with the water in the back to break the silence in the morning was awesome. very peaceful.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This airbnb was very comfortable and homey. Owners are very responsive and took care of needs. I will definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved our stay! it's in a great location, close to the zoo and to the city which was nice. The only issue we had was it was confusing locating the apartment at first. Other than that, we would love to stay again if we are in the area :)
