Allen was amazing! He welcomed my family and fur babies with open arms. Missy was an amazing host and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Taylor and Ryan's place was very ideal for us. We were attending a convention at the Dayton Convention Center and we could easily walk back and forth from this location.

soon as i walked in i was happy on my decision infelt relaxed and i love that theres no tv in the living room. the floor plan was perfect. i love that we cohld utilize the dressers and closets no personal things in there. the kitchen was easy to cook in. love the in home gym. the jacoozi was alittle cold count get it hot. beds were clean and comphy. i wkll deffinatly be booking again

Our group of 5 adults, a teenager and 5 younger kids (between 2-7) had a great time at the house for a 'staycation' over Spring Break. The common areas and bedrooms were all large enough to accommodate our group and each family had a comfortable spot to settle in. The kitchen had all of the items we needed--in addition to the main refrigerator there was a large freezer and smaller drink fridge in the kitchen, plus an additional fridge in the pool area. All of the kids items listed were at the property and easy to use. The laundry was a definite bonus! Michael was great to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. He gave detailed instructions in advance for both check in/check out and pool details. The pool was great! The kids LOVED having the diving board and all of the floats/pool toys right there. The water was warm and the area around the pool was great for hanging out, especially with the deck and grill just outside the glass garage door!

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

Barbara's home was easy to find, very spacious and absolutely beautiful exactly like the photos described. The Carter family had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and being able to cook our own meals was a bonus. The property was peaceful and private. The only critique was upon arrival the smell that greeted us wasn't pleasant. However, I believe the culprit was the trashcan near the patio doors just needs a deep clean & rinse cycle to remedy the issue. Thank you for the memories Barbara.

My family had the most amazing stay at this special home. We travel a lot and there’s something about this home that feels so open and comfortable with a mix of high and low touches throughout. The kids had acres to run around and play. The view of the stars are spectacular! The hosts answered all of our questions within minutes and we felt right at home. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute joy staying at the Homestead located at The Ohio Barn, as it’s located so close to Yellow Springs and hiking opportunities at John Bryan St. Park. The house and property was an amazing, historical place to stay with cozy, comfortable amenities. We were especially grateful for the fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies, as we made all meals at the house. It’s very true to say, the pictures don’t do the space justice with its charm and beauty. With 9 total guests, we had several sharing beds, but with the king sized mattresses, it was no problem. Heidi was a great host and very easy to communicate with prior to our stay. The Homestead should be at the top of your list of places to stay in this area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no issues. The only odd thing was that the cleaner was running behind so when we arrived, we walked in to children in the living room and thought that our stay had been double booked for a moment. Turns out it was just the cleaner with her kids. We were ready to settle in so we told her to leave it as is so we could unpack. She was nearly finished so it was fine. No big deal and we had a comfortable stay. We had some questions throughout the stay and Kali was quick to get back with us. I'd stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable. Bathtub is amazing. Met our needs perfectly. Host was very receptive. Would stay again.

Katrina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Springfield. My nieces loved the house, even one asking if we could move in 😅. Katrina was super helpful and communicative! We’d totally stay again.

We had a great stay at Brian's place. Every room was clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The house is an easy walk to Wittenberg which was a bonus for us. We were on campus for an event and additional family members stayed in Brian's second place which is only 3-4 doors away. Very convenient! Be sure to grab coffee at Coffee Expressions just a few blocks away!

Perfect place for us to celebrate mom's 90 th birthday. The layout of the house allowed us to be all together the entire weekend in the living room/kitchen area. Danyel quickly responded positively when we asked for access to the garage entrance for mom, since sidewalks were icy. There were no snow shovels or ice melt on hand. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of place settings but we did have to bring our own casserole dishes, large mixing bowls, platters and other items needed when preparing meals for 11 people. We knew this in advance as I reached out to Danyel to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at Teresa's home for a horse show at Champions Center arena and the house was in close proximity, just as Teresa described! The house was nice and clean with all the amenities that were described! Teresa even offered to DoorDash donuts and coffee to us Thursday morning!! There were plenty of towels and the beds were so comfortable! I'm hoping to book this home for every horse in the area! Be sure to read Teresa house manual for check in instructions. This is the only thing that I would recommend on future stays!!

This is just what we needed. Its in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything, clean and the beds were comfortable. As advertised and described. We will be back!
