Nice house and neighborhood, with lots of space. We enjoyed visiting the Air Force Museum and the Carillon Historical Park. Loads of other historical sites in the area we will have to make another trip. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Our 4th stay at Jill’s place. It’s always a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the lovely town of Yellow Springs. We walk everywhere and our dogs really enjoy all the extra miles. This time we checked out the dog park (in gaunt park), too, which was great fun!

My family’s stay was everything it needed to be! It was a great home, very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you could think you needed. I would only update the stove/oven. Will definitely stay again!

Melanie’s place was absolutely lovely! So many details thought of from snacks, to a pack n play with baby sheets and baby blankets! She was also incredibly accommodating to me needing to add an extra night on last minute. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.

Our stay was fantastic! The whole house was so modern and cute. We spent the majority of the time on the cozy back deck with a gas fireplace. The kitchen had everything you could imagine and the amenities were great. Pillows and beds were super comfortable. The host was also very responsive and offered to mail us an item that we forgot. overall. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

The host gave instructions on how to find the location, how to enter and for check out. They allowed us to walk the property and interact with their farm animals. They were very kind.

We stayed in the Studio portion of the property and it was very clean and accommodating. My wife called it absolutely adorable. The home is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, breweries, etc. We had a blast hanging out in Yellow Springs staying at Robert and Leanne's place. Would definitely book here again.

We had a great time at Kathy's place. It's so clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches. And it has such a relaxed vibe--we always feel more centered after our time there. We'll be back as soon as we can!

After terrible traffic and an emotional funeral, Lynn's home provided a perfect respite at the end of a very long day. Everything was so clean and clearly labeled so there was no guess work figuring out which switch operated what. Lynn is without doubt the most thoughtful host I can imagine having. She's thought of everything. When I return to the Dayton area to visit family, Lynn's home will be the #1 option I turn to. The guest book was a lovely touch as well. I would love to offer some type of constructive criticism or advice to better improve the stay here, but literally nothing is coming to mind. Lynn is great at what she does and has already thought of it all. I couldn't be more impressed.

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in a great neighborhood (Huffman) in Dayton. It is clean, tastefully and simply decorated, and is welcoming. This is a beautifully renovated space with great lighting. The bed was great and the bathroom was super clean, and there were plenty of towels. Because this is a first floor apartment, you can hear footsteps above, but this is to be expected. The host gave great neighborhood and restaurant recommendations. We walked through two historic neighborhoods to 2nd St. Market and enjoyed it very much. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Excellent experience, totally recommended. I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication with the host was excellent, always attentive and willing to help me..

High was very responsive and accommodating. Place was perfect location for my time in Columbus.
