Michell is a great hostess . Anytime we had a question ,she was right there. If we’re ever going to be back to Springfield OH she will be the first person I call.

My nephews and their families came in from Colorado. Omar’s place was perfect for them. We will definitely use his place again if needed.

Place was nice, awesome beds steep stairs kinda sucks. Awesome appliances and great cook ware, no real counter space. Washer dryer in bathroom that rocks can have nice hot towels straight from dryer, iloved that. Upstairs with the heat on extremely hot, wjile down stairs stays cold. I booked i booked place late winter early spring. Place was awesome for the most part. I would re book there again.

We had a great stay at Brian's place. Every room was clean and nicely appointed. The mattresses were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The house is an easy walk to Wittenberg which was a bonus for us. We were on campus for an event and additional family members stayed in Brian's second place which is only 3-4 doors away. Very convenient! Be sure to grab coffee at Coffee Expressions just a few blocks away!

Bella’s Airbnb was great for me and my family. It was cozy and charming and very clean. It also had a great yard for our kids to play. Bella was very responsive and friendly whenever we needed anything. We would highly recommend her Airbnb for anyone traveling in the area!

Great communication, house worked perfectly for our large group visiting Dayton. Thank you so much for everything!

Hunter's Gate was an ideal spot for a family getaway, near bustling Yellow Springs. I loved the views and proximity to so many great starting places for hikes in Glen Helen and John Bryan State Park. Paul was easy to reach, helpful, and kind. The 3-seasons porch is STUNNING--fabulous and sunny gathering place in Winter.

Perfect place for us to celebrate mom's 90 th birthday. The layout of the house allowed us to be all together the entire weekend in the living room/kitchen area. Danyel quickly responded positively when we asked for access to the garage entrance for mom, since sidewalks were icy. There were no snow shovels or ice melt on hand. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of place settings but we did have to bring our own casserole dishes, large mixing bowls, platters and other items needed when preparing meals for 11 people. We knew this in advance as I reached out to Danyel to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice host and nice property, down the street from all my family so very convenient. Price seemed a bit high but I bought late for Thanksgiving so it was the only property available and cost may have been surge pricing. Host seemed to try to make up for the price with creature comforts, like a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was nice.

Everything was great! Will book again!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

The Flight was a great space for multiple people to stay at together. It’s very nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very convenient to the University of Dayton in the baseball field. The flight was very responsive and helpful to check in needs and questions during our stay.

Katrina’s home was absolutely perfect for our stay in Springfield. My nieces loved the house, even one asking if we could move in 😅. Katrina was super helpful and communicative! We’d totally stay again.

Our 4th stay at Jill’s place. It’s always a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the lovely town of Yellow Springs. We walk everywhere and our dogs really enjoy all the extra miles. This time we checked out the dog park (in gaunt park), too, which was great fun!

This was our 2nd visit as the location cannot be beat. So walkable and dedicated parking. The hosts checked in and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to have a later checkout so we could have more time to explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

The cottage is adroable and charming! The hosts were very helpfull, accomidating and friendly!

Stayed with this host before so I knew what to expect from a level of cleanliness and responsiveness. You won't be disappointed in these properties! Air B&B's are a risk IMO, you really don't ever know what you're going to walk into. with Joshua and his team you can trust that you're going to get a consistent venue and a great experience. Excellent hosts, great humans. Highly, highly recommend! I cannot say enough. I've stayed at almost a dozen places over the last 8-10 years in about half a dozen states and I can say these places are in the top 3. and Joshua & team are a top host!

Hard to trust Air B&B sometimes, especially after my most recent booking. But I'm glad I found this place. Exactly like the photos and the place was very clean. Host was very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Place was perfect and comfortable, highly recommend.

Thea and Keith are great hosts! The place is beautiful, we have stayed there a few times now. Perfect area! You will feel right at home and they provide lots of recommendations. Very walkable and close to so many places. Yellow Springs is awesome, we'll certainly stay there again.
