Great, quiet location. Enjoyed the garage area with ping pong table. Loads of parking, which seems to not match the listing, but in a good way since there are way more than four parking spots. Very close to I-5 and the casino. It’s an older place, but it was great for our purposes and very much enjoyed our stay. Would return.

Wonderful experience!! The space is comfortable and there were a lot of thoughtful touches. The onsen tub was divine and felt private with curtains. Yes the Airbnb is adjacent to a restaurant patio, so that know that and if it’s not for you it’s not for you. But the proximity was not a problem for us and even felt lively and fun! Same thing with the curtain separating the bathroom and the bedroom - if it’s not for you, look elsewhere, but it was not an issue for us and so we loved it!

Lovely home, very comfortable and cozy. Super quiet neighborhood. Hot tub is a bonus. Heating was a little tricky, but the bedroom was perfect and we didn’t miss it much. Good instructions and easy check-in and check-out.

David was a great host, and his home is amazing! Very peaceful and close to a lot of great outdoor activities.

Vancouver is a great location! Love the proximity to everything… Kathy has kept the house really clean and it’s very spacious… we had no issues with the 8-member family group. The listing is accurate in terms of what to expect. Kathy is vey responsive and respectful… absolutely no hesitation to recommend this place

We enjoyed our family get together. The house was as described. It has 2 levels: main entrance level has 3 bedrooms (one has en-suite, the other 2 have unconnected hallway bathroom). Lower floor has separate bedroom with attached bathroom and the living/game space. There is a large tv in the basement level and another tv in the main living room. We did not spend time outside or in the hot tub. We did use the grill a few times and it worked great. The kitchen is well stocked and even had an air fryer. They did provide coffee which was very nice. There’s a bar that may or may not have liquor (we paid some forward and left a nice old fashion!) The kitchen is really nice. There is a wall between the dining table and the living room so not fully open but definitely open enough for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely felt “at home”!

The Art House perfectly met our needs. From the cozy fireplace to the comfy beds, we felt right at home on this mother-daughter time away. Leah was very responsive and provided a clear balance of privacy and friendliness -- respecting our time alone but inviting us to stop by to say hello should we choose :) We're looking forward to returning with the rest of the family.

We had to book this place last minute (day of) as our previous accommodations had cancelled on us. Susan was so easy to work with and was very helpful! Couldn’t have asked for a better saving of the day. The house was very clean, and was perfect for our group of gals. We had 1 guest that is severely allergic to dogs and even though this is a pet friendly house, not once did she have any type of reaction which goes to show just how clean the house was. I would absolutely recommend to a friend!

Very nicely designed and decorated space - easy to get in and easy to park. Nice weather allowed us to use the private patio space outdoors.

If peace and serenity are what you seek, look no further! The home and property are even more beautiful in person. The home was clean and comfy and private. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Paula was very responsive and available if needed. They’ve taken excellent care of this house and land, and you can see it in every detail. We had a lovely stay and had everything we needed. What a spectacular piece of property!! As an aside - we did not bring dogs, but it would be a dog’s paradise. It is super CLEAN - no dog smell or stains or anything like that, so if you are dog-less - you won’t feel like you are in a “doggy” home :) Perfect spot. Would 100% recommend.

We came here for a girls weekend and it did not disappoint! We were all so comfortable being in the space! The ping pong table and corn hole were a blast and the outside seating was such a plus! There are so many good restaurants and bars around the house, we really enjoyed walking around and experiencing Alberta! We would definitely stay here again!

Spent a wonderful time at the Carter House! Large, cozy suite in a beautiful neighborhood that is walkable to all the downtown Vancouver spots. My only caveat would be the WIFI/Internet in the suite is very hit or miss, so would not recommend if you are planning on heavy internet usage, but otherwise a great experience!

This home is an ideal location for walking around the Mississippi area, with lots of great cafes, restaurants, shops, and a charming outdoor food truck court/beer garden just minutes away. The home itself is clearly well loved and maintained and my family of four felt right at home, enjoying the comfortable furnishings, clean kitchen, and awesome front porch. Mark was a proactive and responsive host.

The apartment was perfect for my solo trip in Portland and the surrounding parks of Oregon. Bed was comfortable, street access was easy and safe from the entrance, and parking on the street was very reasonable! I had a great experience and I hope to visit Portland again some day.

This is a nice and spacious basement apartment of a larger family home located in a beautiful and walkable neighborhood. The owners’ garden is lovely and quiet and there are windows in the apartment for light and fresh air. The shower is powerful and spacious with plenty of hot water. The kitchen had just what we needed, too. Perfect for a couple. Very private and peaceful and walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful home. It was so quiet and peaceful and comfortable for our family of 7. Sara reached out with clear, easy to follow instructions that made check in and check out seamless. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Michael’s apartment is quiet, private and supplied with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and Michael responds to any questions you might have. I definitely recommend!

Cozy home, had everything we needed. Great location.

This place is both spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is really cute. Walking distance from about of restaurants, bars, and shopping in the Mississippi neighborhood, and only a 5 min walk from Light Rail or a couple of main bus lines. The hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was very clean, while remaining inviting. It was peaceful and quiet, despite being so near a couple of major through streets. If this place is available any time I visit Portland and need a 2br, this will always be my spot.
