The stay with Jessica was amazing! The house was well-taken care of, the room was plenty spacious enough, and the ease of finding it/plus getting to our chosen event from there was just top tier in all facets. We will absolutely be returning if Jessica will have us, because we truly had the best time in only our second Airbnb experience. Jessica and Co., y’all are amazing!

Margaret was an amazing host. Her home exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book a home with her again!

While we had a small glitch with the access code at check-in, Kay handled it very well and fixed the problem and then had someone come out the next day to check on it and change the batteries. It was very nice and clean. Because we like to cook, I recommended a few more utensils for the kitchen, which she said she could provide that day. The house is located in a great location and walkable to many restaurants. We will be back here if we need to visit Athens again!

The house was as expected, and really nice fenced in backyard that was perfect for our dog. Jon communicated well throughout our stay and even had a dog crate we could use so we did not have to lug ours. Jon was very kind, responsive, and a great host. We will look to stay here again when we come back to Athens. Thank you Jon!

Don's place is as described and worth the price for our quick family weekend in Athens. It had everything we needed plus some small touches and perks that made us feel valued and welcomed. The home has a steep drive, but it's certainly navigable. It's on a quiet street with practically no traffic. It's close to primary streets that can quickly get you anywhere around Athens you might want to go. Campus and downtown are just a quick drive away. Terrapin brewery is right around the corner (and very much worth the stop). We recommend Don's place and hope to be back again soon!

Came up to Athens for a weekend getaway with friends and this house was absolutely amazing, spotless, and Barton was beyond flexible and informative about the local community! Thank you and hopefully will be coming back soon!

We had a great stay at Hannah’s place. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you could ask for. She communicated clearly and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and organized. Owner had extras all over the house that we could use…..shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, coffee, snacks, etc…. Better than any hotel you could possibly stay in. When talking to the owner, I felt like I was talking to a long lost friend. She was also very proactive in calling me to make sure everything was good! I will be back. Highly recommended!!!

Melissa was a wonderful hostess. Very responsive to all of our questions. She had a gift basket of goodies waiting for us and sent us on our way with half a dozen of fresh eggs! Very pet friendly too! We hope to stay with her and her husband again.

This home was very clean easy to locate with instructions. Good location close to the University. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was clean. Host quickly responded to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

Aveline’s place was perfect! The location is walkable to a plaza that has a good amount of stuff you may need while there like a grocery store. Aveline place was as described on the AirBnB site. When in the area again, I’ll definitely see about getting her spot again. She’s also very responsive and communicates proactively with things to get you checked in and out. Thanks for being such a wonderful host Aveline. Your place was a great stay for my family and me.

My buddies and I were in town for a golf trip, which was perfect considering there are a ton of beautiful courses in the area. Phil and Erin’s place was very clean, spacious, and relaxing.

If you appreciate rustic history this is the place for you. The updating and modernization was just enough to be completely comfortable but also appreciate how old the house was that we were staying in. Yvonne was great and stayed in contact with us in case we had an issue finding the property (which we did not), and even had some bread from a local bakery waiting for us. The place was close enough town to enjoy all that Athens has to offer but also be able to enjoy the quiet Georgia countryside.

Charlene’s cabin was better than what even the photos showed. Beautiful living space and the river is closer than you think. Linens smelled like they came fresh from the wash. Plenty of seating and all the food storage options made cooking for 7 a breeze. I look forward to going back!

This place is a wonderland: such a peaceful, beautiful oasis . It was a rare treat to be able to walk from our cabin to a serene river within view. There were multiple places to enjoy outside and gorgeous views of the property from the cabin. The cabin was one the of the best stocked bnbs we’ve experienced and filled with character. Natalie was a very attentive, kind host. She even invited our family to come into the goat pin with her after a bunch of baby goats had been born. Kids loved all the sweet baby goats and came back to immediately draw pictures of their favorite goat buddy named “snowflake.” The stairs to the loft are kind of a hybrid between traditional steeps and a latter; very comfortable, but you just need to be mindful of where you are putting your feet (and remind children). Natalie had great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. There are some really sweet little shops close by. We’d love to come back and enjoy their beautiful haven again!

This cabin was perfect for my family to spend a few days for Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin, and we prepared a great Thanksgiving meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We also made use of the great card table upstairs. The wooded property was lovely, and we had hoped to use the inviting firepit, but it was windy most of the time. We hope to revisit this cabin soon!

This place is a hidden gem, close to all of Athens and not far from Augusta. Wingate is a great host, very responsive and has an amazing background as a photographer. Our kids loved the donkeys, the fish pond, and running around the property. The property has a grill, fire pit, disc golf, corn hole and various sports equipment. We loved our stay and hope to be back for a UGA/A&M game one day!
