Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

The aspen was exactly what we were looking for, we will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot for an Athens visit! Great for parents weekend. We even got to cook a meal for our college daughter and her boyfriend, which was a gift. A great location, walkable to all our needs and a great roost for two for a quick visit. Much more comfortable than a hotel and all we needed!

Only minutes away from Athens via scenic country roads. Easy access. Presumably the pool house of the host but felt private and actually never saw anyone else. Was a fall visit so didn’t use the pool though pool area looked fun.

The location was very convenient and the description matched the accommodations perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!

Lee's place is a standard college dorm apartment. It's a reasonable priced room with a clean bed to sleep on. It was a pleasant walk to downtown. No extra amenities except toilet paper and hand soap.

Great place to stay - met all of our needs and then some. Perfect for a night before the Georgia G Day scrimmage game. Host was super helpful and responsive.

Pictures don’t do this place justice!! This was such a beautiful place to stay, the host was quick to respond if we had questions, it was so clean and tidy and hands down the nicest Air BnB! We got up in the morning and just strolled around to see the horses, my husband had his fishing pole so he fished while I read. It was so relaxing and overall a true gem of a find. You won’t be disappointed, we will definitely be back when we are in the area!

This was a wonderful stay! Small and cozy, separate from the main house on the property. My mom stayed here while visiting town and babysitting my newborn daughter and it was perfect for them; easy to find, and they had grocery/meal delivery brought in so easy for other drivers to find as well. Jim & Susan were super communicative and offered extra help in case we needed it -- can't recommend enough!

it was a very nice place to stay. Michael is a great host. it was a last minute booking and we surprised him when we showed up. we loved getting visits from his dog.

Heidi's place was perfect. It is close to town and to shopping. So peaceful! Very comfortable and cute space. We would definitely stay again.

This location was perfectlynclose to family but gave me a place to retreat during a stressful time. Jennifer was thoughtful and I hope to use this rental everytime I visit GA in future ❤️

Loved the tiny house! It was the perfect location for doing all the things downtown and on campus. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful little home! We will definitely be back without the kids to enjoy a weekend just us!

We loved staying at this guesthouse. It’s on a beautiful property. We could easily walk to some good restaurants and bars. Our host was very accommodating and was the definition of southern hospitality.

Carnita’s place was wonderful. It was nice and cozy and very clean and comfortable. I was in love with the standing shower and decor! The smell of the bedding and pillows was amazing! Only downfall is of neighbors multiple dogs constant barking while you’re coming and going, didn’t really hear them any other time. I understand this isn’t Carnita issue so I’m not blaming, the place was great! We would stay again!

Absolutely beautiful place. Matches the pictures - I loved all the bright colors and art. Jittery Joes coffee (with cream and sugar supplied) in the morning. Comfortable couch to watch tv (smart tv so watched Netflix). While we did not use it (too cold out) the screened in porch was beautiful and would be a great place to play games or sip coffee. Short easy drive to Athens.

Loved our stay here! The place is super cute and was extremely clean when we arrived. It’s tucked away in a peaceful, private area but close enough to go downtown. Amanda was an amazing host and was extremely accommodating for us during the check-in process. Highly recommend!!
