We went to Athens for our 5 year college reunion and had a big group with us. This home was comfortable for 13 adults to sleep and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Kate and Luke were quick to respond to messages and provided us with all of the information needed for us to enjoy the home, including clear instructions for everything and a guide of their favorite Athens locations. We would definitely return to this home for another stay, and highly recommend it! Everything is a quick Uber/Lyft away, and you could walk into Five Points as well. There was also plenty of parking (we had 6 cars and easily parked all of them between the two parking areas), which was much appreciated for a big group.

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

Christine accommodated us on short notice and nothing was overlooked. She was communicative and welcoming. The house is so well decorated and has a feeling of being a home away from home. It’s clean, comfortable and quaint. The design is the highest rating I could give for a tiny house. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend.

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

River Bottom Bungalow

This is a great place to stay, Michael is a great host, very responsive & easy to communicate with. Being able to get on the kayaks he provided & going up the river was very relaxing. The shower was big enough for two & the indoor sauna was a wonderful way to relax after the kayaks. If we ever come back to Athens, we're definitely going to book Michael's place !!

Downtown guest house with private hot tub & deck

Ashlie’s place was the perfect place to stay while visiting Athens. Loved the private hot tub, the fully stocked kitchenette, and the complementary eye masks were a plus. ☺️

BIG Private, New Remodel! 1800 sq ft 2BR/2BA (UGA)

We stayed here for a recent visit to UGA for parent's weekend. It was spacious, clean and quiet. This is a very roomie basement apartment and was a perfect alternative to a hotel on a busy Athens weekend. It was an easy drive over to UGA and would definitely stay again!

The best BnB we have ever stayed in. Everything was extremely lovingly furnished and the entire house was really impressive. We had a wonderful time and contact with the landlords was always easy. The pictures in the ad do not reflect the true beauty of the property. Simply outstanding. We'd love to come back.

The owner truly put a lot of care into every detail of this home. The décor is absolutely beautiful, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—just what I needed while recovering from surgery at Monroe Hospital. Highly recommend!
