We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

Michele was very responsive and the location was great. Our favorite part was the expansive porch. Great spot to drink your morning coffee. Would recommend to friends/family.

This is a great place! The neighbors are friendly and it’s walkable too. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home.

Do not hesitate for a second to stay at this place if it’s available! The house is so well designed and decorated, and it was incredibly clean. We had three couples staying there, and it was very comfortable - each bedroom (with very comfortable beds!) has its own bathroom. Additionally, Ashley was so great to work with and even had fresh flowers and some welcome treats for our arrival. I highly recommend this place … very convenient to downtown and campus too.

Place was great and exactly what we needed staying in Athens with a dog. House was clean and Jonathon was very responsive with messages. Highly recommended if staying in the Athens area!

Loved Parker's place. It was charming, well equipped, and very comfortable for. a long weekend stay in Athens. I love this neighborhood in Athens, but in particular, this block is so quiet and tranquil, a perfect spot to call home for a visit. Would happily stay there again next time I'm back in Athens.

Everything was even better than expected. Frances Ruth met us when we arrived and was a fantastic host. She’s very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and Athens. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, so easy to walk to everything…bars, restaurants, UGA Campus. The place was impeccable and so clean - very cozy and had everything you could need for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Neils plac to visit my daughter at UGA. 5 minute drive to downtown (or less). Walkable to the highly recommended Mama's Boy diner. Comfortable beds. Great TV set up. Would definitely stay again!

We travel a lot stay in a lot of AirBNBs and VRBO properties. This was one of our favorites, and we hope to stay here again. Super comfy, intimate space. Well-appointed, with some nice touches like Startbucks Kureig pods and a couple of cold beers and proseco in the fridge. Hosts were responsive and super nice. Well done!

Perfect space for a couple! Quiet but close to Athens!

This is a lovely, secluded spot that makes you feel like you are in the N. Georgia mountains. It's a 15 minute drive from downtown Athens and feels like an escape. If you want to combine feeling like you got away from it all with a weekend visit to a kiddo at UGA, this is the spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

Hopefully, next time in Athens, we will be able to book the same Airbnb very satisfied

We had a great stay in Athens! The condo was very nice and clean. The owner was very kind, flexible, and easy to work with! Would stay here again!

Wonderful cute little apartment, wished I could stay longer

Athens is a nice getaway town with lots to do and this place is a perfect HQ for that. Quiet, cozy, and clean.

We were in town to attend a concert at the Georgian Theater and it was a quick Uber ride away with many great options for food nearby! The place was clean and Nanda was very responsive to our questions.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Great place to share with a small group, close to downtown.
