Loved the place! Perfect location, lovely short walk to get dinner with lots of options. Space was very comfortable and just as described. I loved sitting on the patio having coffee and listening to the birds. Allison was very friendly and responsive with suggestions. Hope to stay here again very soon!

The room was beautiful and had room to move around. It was so quiet and peaceful. We heard the water running in the creek and even saw a buck cross the creek. Very restful. We will go back.

It was a great stay in a very nice basement apartment. The hosts were very responsive but were laidback, hands off and respectful of my privacy. Even when their house needed work they communicated when people would be in the space and checked to make sure the schedule worked for me. Highly recommended

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The grounds and surrounding area are so pretty and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and quick to respond both before and during our stay. Loved the hot tub too!

Michael 's place was wonderful! super clean and cozy, and was just a short distance from downtown that I was able to walk there easily! I also had a much earlier arrival than expected and Michael was extremely accommodating. I felt right at home! easy check in and felt comfy enough to take a nap immediately. I do wish I was able to utilize the outdoor area though, because it looked especially relaxing and beautiful! if I stay again I'd definitely take the time to relax out in the open area since it's very peaceful. would highly recommend a stay here!

A very nice, and obviously new, place to stay for this area. It was easy to find, even after dark. Very comfortable bed. I'd also recommend you talk to Angela and try some of the honey made by their bees.

I had a lovely stay with Maria and Gabriel! Private, quiet, comfortable, and clean. Exactly what I wanted. Maria was friendly, helpful, and flexible. Highly recommend this property!

Marion and Wally were incredibly kind and generous in helping us out when we had made a mistake and booked their suite a day later than we needed (whoops!!!!). We showed up a day ahead of our reservation and they went out of their way to accommodate us rather than having us look for a hotel. The situation was 100% our fault and we were very appreciative of their flexibility and warm, welcoming spirit. The unit itself is in a fantastic location in 5 points. It's a 5 minute walk to Jittery Joes, Marker 7 and other popular spots in the neighborhood. It's very comfortable, clean and quiet, and has everything you need for a great parents' weekend visit. I'd highly recommend picking this spot for your stay.

Christy and Jason’s suite was absolutely perfect for us. Very fresh, clean, bright, lots of space and close to everywhere we needed to be! They were wonderful and responsive hosts.

This home was just what we needed while in transition to our new home. Stores were close by. It felt like very much like a home. We saw a couple of deer in the yard was pretty cool. The host was very nice and communicated with me throughout the stay, and did I mention she was super nice!!!! I give this air bnb a definite 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend booking this place!!

We had a great time at Patty’s while in town for a football game. The location was beautiful and convenient. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time. The space was perfect for us and for my in-laws. The living room area was so comfortable. It’s rare to find an AirBnB that has such a comfy couch and recliners. I stayed curled up by the electric fireplace. It was so relaxing. We played foosball and cards for hours. They had everything you would need in this rental. The weather kept us indoors so we were not able to take advantage of the beautiful porch, but we will be back to listen to the river and the birds. Great space and hosts! Thank you

The apartment is in an excellent location. The neighborhood is safe and close to UGA and downtown. Vivian was always very responsive and helpful. The instructions were very clear and the apartment was very clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Vivian and Jason were kind and friendly and recommended us some restaurants and bars to go. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
