Great place to stay everything worked great would definitely stay there again

Gwyneth’s place was perfect for our group trip down to Athens for a Georgia football game. It was walkable to downtown and to the stadium which made getting around super easy.

Definitely worth the price. The home was clean and well appointed. There were three adults in our group and there was ample room for all of us. The place would comfortably sleep a much larger group, but for our needs - a place to get ready for a night out and a quiet place to sleep in after a show - it was ideal. And easy walking distance to and from everything downtown.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

We came for a college visit and only stayed one night. We were grateful Andy allowed a late checkout and was great at responding in advance to my questions about parking. Everything was great. We got a good nights sleep on the comfy beds.

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
