Clean and spacious home in the mountains! It was perfect for our family of five. Our kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds and hanging out in the lower level of the home. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the fire pit outside to make s’mores at night. We spent a lot of time in Harpers Ferry nearby, walked the trails, and drove out to Washington DC one day during our trip. The owners did an excellent job with communication and we appreciated all of the recommendations they provided. We had a great time!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family! It had everything we needed for our two kids and was in a great location. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoy our 2+ week stay in Linden! The house was perfect for our family - including 3 teenagers! They loved the basement game room giving us the extra space we needed to stretch out. The beds were super comfy. The neighbor hood is convenient to main highways making getting around a breeze. We loved sitting on the front deck drinking coffee and watching the deer. Our dogs Also approve! Thank you Robert for your hospitality!!

Our stay at the cottage was fantastic. In addition to the inviting interior of the cottage itself, the property includes a well-maintained hot tub as well as a fire pit. There is also a pool, though it wasn’t open for the season during our stay. It may seem a minor detail, but the property has a covered patio with outdoor fans and a cafe table where we were able to enjoy morning coffee and a quiet start to our day. The cottage’s proximity to the winery (literally 30 seconds on foot) means that you head over for a tasting whenever the mood strikes you. To be able to enjoy a winery, relax in a hot tub, and wind down near a fire pit all in one location was a real treat. Andrea was both a proactive and responsive host. She provided everything we needed to know prior to arrival and communicated promptly while we were there. We would definitely visit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house on the river. The views from the balconies and living room on the second floor are amazing. We really liked that you have the option of both a gas fire pit and a wood burning one. The kids loved kayaking up and down the river. Viktar was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues that needed to be tended to, and gave good recommendations for scenic places to hike. Also, the rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a scenic and peaceful spot to vacation by the river.

Absolutely loved our stay. Foxy Cottage is adorable, stylish, had everything we needed and wanted, and is on such a lovely piece of land. The hot tub was great. Gillian is also great: responsive, helpful, enthusiastic about hosting. We can't wait to go back and have already recommended it to friends.

I can honestly say our host was the best we have ever experienced at Mountain Mama! He was beyond helpful and always reached out during our entire stay to see if we needed anything at all. He even allowed us to add an extra evening because we loved it so much we wanted to extend our trip! The cabin and surroundings are beautiful and so serene. We had more than enough room for our guests and the home had everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend Mountain Mama for your next trip, you won’t be disappointed!

We had such an amazing stay here! Super clean, perfect location, and walkable to all the restaurants and trails. The backyard is huge and private - perfect for our reactive city dog I have never seen him so happy! The spiral staircase made our dog nervous so make sure you can carry your pup up if they sleep with you! Heat/cooling system is great. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be wanting to come back.

We absolutely loved this little nest! We are history buffs and this was the perfect location for all of it! DC, Gettysburg, Harper’s Ferry, Antietam…just choose your adventure for the day. They are all close enough for a drive. The place itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need. They literally thought of it all. We took the recommendation to grab lunch at Vino9 one afternoon, don’t let the sign fool you, the pulled pork was fantastic! Donnie gave clear instructions and was very responsive. We are already looking at the other locations to see where to plan our next adventure.

This place was such a perfect weekend getaway. Michael was very communicative (even let us check in early!) This place was clean, quiet, and a quick drive to downtown. It was so fun to walk the trails mowed into the property and soak in all the nature and sunshine.

Our stay at the cottage in Middleburg was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect for exploring Civil War sites and wineries or hiking in the gorgeous Middleburg countryside. The cottage was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and full of natural light. We especially loved all the French doors, the open floor plan, and the views of Goose Creek below (which our dog liked to explore). Barb was a terrific host, giving us our privacy but always available to answer any questions. We totally enjoyed our peaceful, quiet stay at this gem of a cottage. Highly recommended!

The host was super responsive and accommodating. I highly suggest booking this AirBnB especially if you are getting married next door at Blue Valley. It was so nice to have space for my large bridal party to spread out and get ready! The home was clean with a lot of amenities!

Stayed at Mark’s home for a few days while day hiking the AT. He promptly answered all my questions and recommended places to eat locally. Check in/out was super easy and the home is as advertised. Great place!

Excellent stay at a super reasonable price for the area over the Thanksgiving holiday. Very cozy, super comfortable and clean, and walkable to shops and restaurants in Upperville. Only a short drive to Middleburg. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We are so thankful to have stayed at this quaint, little cottage. It was the perfect weekend getaway and close to everything near by. It was private and so clean. Mary was the best host. We will be planning a trip next fall & hope to stay here again.

Will's place is amazing in the beautiful village of Paris,. the place makes you feel like home and you just need to enjoy the backyard. The location is close to a lot to do around. Thank you Will for being such an amazing host.

The cottage was wonderful with endless possibilities of places to visit in the surrounding area! We stayed busy during the day, and went home to a beautiful, comfortable and cozy cottage in the evenings. We also loved walking to the General Store down the street. Christina and her husband were the perfect hosts, and answered our questions in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this adorable cottage.

Had a lovely weekend in VA at Dollys place, and at a really great price. The house was very charming, though very clearly older, but everything about it was within what I consider normal expectations with an older home out in this area. We really enjoyed spending time in the backyard, which was fenced in and had a charming fire pit and table. Our dogs and kids alike took advantage of the ample room for activities back there! Dolly and her husband were very responsive and easy to reach and talk to. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

We are so grateful to Kelly and Diana for a wonderful stay! The Milton Valley property is beautiful, and the cottage is filled with unique art and amenities. We loved learning about the history of the farm and walking the grounds; communication with our hosts was excellent. Our stay was so peaceful- we hope to visit again!

My husband and I had the perfect stay in Bluemont! Amanda and Pete were wonderful hosts and provided great recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The home was charming and clean, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The property was beautiful, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk to Bear Chase Brewery and local hiking trails. We would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay again!
