You won’t be disappointed! This is truly a great find! We highly recommend Janet and Craig’s Lakeside getaway and have already told several people about our awesome experience! I really wish there was a way to rate this higher than 5 stars… From the elegant furnishings, the private setting, the hours of relaxing by the lake, hiking in the woods, or trying out some of the local shops and restaurants, this is exactly what we were looking for when we planned our family trip! Janet and Craig were very accommodating and friendly. They were happy to help us with whatever we may have needed during our stay. They are very familiar with the area and all that it has to offer. I’m hoping that when we are in town again, we can stay at the “Lakeside Getaway”!!

My friends and I had the best time there. They were accommodating and hospitable. And closing they day by sitting with a view of the lake was beautiful. I would strongly recommend to anyone going to Augusta National!

Great hosts and great place to stay. They were able to accommodate our trucks and boats for a tournament. Very helpful and very nice to us.

Very cozy and comfortable, great location, beautiful surroundings, and the comfiest bed!!! I literally was so comfy cozy. I slept so well. The shower was amazing too. We were so close to UGA and plenty of restaurants/bars and just had the best time. So clean and we felt right at home.

This is a great little place to stay. My wife and I in several of our friends stayed here for a couple days. The super restful and the lake was beautiful, especially in the morning when the sun came up :-) Maighen and Shawn we're super friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay there again if we're there :-)

Everything was as listed. Nice and clean. Modern furniture, fixtures, and tile. Made me feel at home but in the country. Would stay here if I could every time we visit.

I am a consultant working on a project here in Hartwell and stayed at Dan's place for 4 months. Dan is an absolutely amazing host. He is communicative, attentive, and ALWAYS very quick to respond. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had no issues feeling at home the entire time I was staying here. I will look to book here first when I come back to Hartwell later this year. Thanks for an amazing experience, Dan!

We were so happy to be able to book this place on such short notice after having our original stay at another lake house cancelled by the host at the very last minute when we were already on the road traveling with our small children and friends. Beautiful lake views and great for large families! Dint use boat but would definitely come back and utilize it if in area again. Nice home and pet friendly!

Perfect place to stay for a Mom's weekend visiting our Clemson students! We enjoyed the dock and the pool and it was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown and campus. Great place and Go Tigers!

A convenient and comfortable place to stay close to Clemson. We were down to visit a student and thought that this was a great alternative to trying to stay in a hotel with a family.

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

Jami is an amazing host! This was the perfect property for our trip. Highly recommend for a couples get-away to beautiful Lake Oconee.

Excellent stay at Jacqueline’s place. Very clean and welcoming. Nice neighbors. Easy instructions including check in and check out. Everything as described including the number of steps to walk up…lol. She also responded quickly when we requested a last minute reservation.

Jeff was all around awesome! We came from Augusta in a hurry running from a hurricane with no power and Jeff was able to get us in his Airbnb from the time I booked it in less than 30 mins. I can not say enough great things about Jeff and his place. Our kids enjoyed every second on the lake paddle boarding riding bikes around the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Jeff and his place to anyone!!!
