This home was very comfortable. Everything was easy to use. Mechellela was very responsive. The cameras on the exterior of the house provided a feeling of safety.

Anita’s place is exactly what we needed. It was clean & comfortable! The fenced yard was a perk for my dogs! Thank you. It’ll be awhile before we’re back in town. But I will definitely reach out if we need a place to stay!

Jacob was a great host he was friendly very proactive it was like my home away from home very spacious lots of room house came equipped will everything I needed and leaving instructions was simple and i would recommend and stay there again

We had a great stay for spring break. There was an issue with the shower door but the hosts were responsive and came out and fixed it as soon as we told them we were available. Great place to stay and not too far from Broadway. Hosts were excellent, would book here again for another trip to Nashville!

We really enjoyed our family vacation and our stay at Julie’s. We would definitely stay again. It’s only a short drive/uber to get to Broadway or the other Nashville sites.

Katie's home was very comfortable for the four of us - two couples in town for the Music City Bowl. It could have easily accommodated two more people. The home is spacious and clean and in a cute neighborhood with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and not far from downtown. Katie was responsive and very clearly communicated instructions. If visiting Nashville again, we'd love to stay at Katie's.

Great location! The interior was very clean and themed well! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone going to Nashville. If you’re up for it, you can walk to the Broadway area where all the action is and an easy Uber ride back. There’s also a great restaurant called the Barcelona Wine Bar that’s a 7 minute walk. I walked there for Happy Hour and then took an Uber to Broadway from there. Traveling solo, I felt very safe.

My second time with John’s place and it again proved the perfect location. Quiet East Nash neighborhood two blocks from five points and dozens of bars coffee shops, boutique fun dive bars and love Music. Truly a special place and John and Alexa are wonderful hosts. Perfect for a single Or couple or even a family of three.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

The place was super cute and cozy, decorated exactly how the photos look! It was very comfortable to stay in and go in and out from and is in a quiet part of town that also felt safe. We only had 3 people, which I felt was perfect for the space. Host was also very responsive and helpful!

Everything was great Julie went above and beyond. Will be back. Highly recommended

Ideally located near some excellent music venues and tons of restaurants which are walkable from the airbnb. spacious, clean, private. Kitchen well stocked. We had a personalized itinerary made for us based on our interests which was incredible and more detailed than I have ever experience in my many years of using Airbnb

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

This spot was super convenient to all the good spots down town, we did rent a car, although with this location it was not necessary. The patio was very private and you can sit back there with wildlife like birds and woodchucks in the morning, which we loved. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and again the location was perfect.

The perfect place to stay just outside the city with easy access to everything we wanted to do in Nashville. Great hosts and very communicative!

We had a great trip. This was in a great area to stay in close relation to broadway. The hosts were very friendly, and responded quickly to any questions we had. The counters were a little dusty and there was a little bit of old food left in the fridge but other than that the place was clean and a great place to stay for a week.

Place was clean and 10/15 minutes to everything!
