Thw place is cozy and and very well decorated. The hosts are very attentive. Nice place.

I ended up having an allergic reaction and could not stay in this unit for the booked stay. Amy was kind enough to refund the nights I didn’t stay, and also offered to find other places to stay in the area. The unit was very clean and free of clutter, and is conveniently located near downtown Clarksville. Would recommend!

Nat and Josh were great host very responsive and attentive.. Great host with a great place to stay very clean perfectly located I’d say a breath of fresh air.. the deers in the photo are real and we got to see them often.. would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay in their BNB anytime..

Overall we had a great stay. The home was cozy and comfortable with all amenities we needed. The backyard was roomy for the kids to play; the only downside is the busy road behind the house. The hosts were very responsive, and the house was supplied with what we needed.

My stay at 1308 Bear Ct was the first time I have rented a property through Airbnb. From the very first day of booking through the day of departure, Amy was extremely flexible and helpful . She accommodated my special circumstances and was very responsive and pleasant to work with. The home was extremely cozy and clean. The large fenced back yard was amazing. I make numerous trips to Clarksville and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this property and had a wonderful time staying here. It was like a home away from home.

I felt right at home. The rental had all amenities needed, it was close to everywhere I needed and wanted to go and I got to go on a vacation but still have my own privacy. Definitely would say again.

This listing was accurate in description, cost, and amenities. The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our stay. The fenced yard was exactly what we needed for our dog. We were visiting family in Clarksville so it was perfect location for shopping, restaurants, The Speedway (which is close but not obtrusive), Austin Peay State University, and 45 or so minutes from Nashville. Communication with the host (owner) was informative and no issues arose on our visit but I feel they would be quick to remedy if there were. We would stay here again. And probably will next time!
