Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

Awesome location in the best part of Nashville. Very nice pool and work out area great balcony for sitting and watching the world go by.

This place was perfect!! It was in walking distance to multiple things in the town. Bill was great at communicating and answering any questions!! Definitely a 10/10 place

Like others have said, Meredith’s place was immaculate and perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean. She had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I didn’t see was deodorant. It was simply amazing. Yeah, it can be noisy in the old building and yes the trains for run quite frequently, but it’s not enough to detract from this incredible apartment. I’ve stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb’s before, and this place was easily the best. We absolutely will book again the next time we finish Nashville.

This home was very comfortable. Everything was easy to use. Mechellela was very responsive. The cameras on the exterior of the house provided a feeling of safety.

We really enjoyed having our own space while visiting our Army brats. We will definitely stay again if the kids stay in this area.

Our stay at Ethan’s place was perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and we never felt uncomfortable. The home was clean and exactly what we were hoping for. It was a quick Uber to Broadway and very central to everything we wanted to see! Overall 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!

Shawn was a great host and very responsive. He gave great info for check in. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Having parking included is a huge plus because it's very expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo is exactly why I seek short term Vacation rentals and compare them to hotels. Excellent quality and this particular listing has it all. Within a mile of everything you could do in downtown Nashville. The quality of the unit was top-notch. If I had to find anything to be critical about, it would be just a suggestion to have a towel hook within arms reach of the shower. And that is all I could come up with. Thank you so much for a great experience and such a well-maintained unit
